If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £110,389 and £149,636 in the UK, and €105,737 and €143,330 elsewhere. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.

En AIT Tech Venture no estamos construyendo una simple aplicación: estamos levantando una plataforma que redefinirá cómo se gestionan las empresas. Queremos que cualquier pyme pueda tener su propio "Jarvis" para automatizar cobros, facturas, conciliaciones, tareas repetitivas… todo con la ayuda de inteligencia artificial.
Buscamos a alguien que quiera formar parte del núcleo fundador del producto.

Tareas
Como Frontend Developer, trabajarás en:

- El diseño y desarrollo del frontend de la aplicación de bots inteligentes.

- Interfaces intuitivas para visualizar bots, configurarlos y gestionar flujos complejos de forma simple.

- Paneles de control con métricas, visualización de flujos, cards dinámicas e interacción entre módulos.

- Implementación de dashboards responsive, modales, wizards y formularios con buen UX.

- Integración con backend vía APIs RESTful.

- Participación activa en decisiones de producto, diseño y experiencia de usuario.

Requisitos
Buscamos un perfil proactivo, ambicioso y enfocado en la excelencia. No buscamos a alguien que cumpla tareas: buscamos a alguien que quiera marcar la diferencia.
Lo que necesitamos de ti:

- Experiencia sólida con frameworks modernos (idealmente React o Vue).

- Dominio de HTML, CSS moderno, Tailwind o frameworks similares.

- Buen criterio estético y atención al detalle: que disfrutes haciendo productos que se ven bien.

- Experiencia consumiendo APIs RESTful.

- Capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma y con mentalidad de resolución.

- Ganas de construir producto y no solo "picar código".

- Mentalidad de startup: rapidez, adaptabilidad, y ganas de comerse el mundo.

Se valorará:

- Experiencia en diseño de UI/UX (aunque no seas diseñador puro).

- Experiencia previa en productos SaaS.

- Familiaridad con herramientas como Figma y Llovable

- Interés o experiencia en IA, o ganas de aprender.

? ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

Diseñar arquitecturas basadas en microservicios aplicando patrones de diseño y principios MVC.

Coordinar técnicamente un equipo de 4 a 6 desarrolladores y desarrolladoras, planificando y haciendo seguimiento de tareas.

Participar en reuniones con clientes y analistas para la toma de requisitos y validación funcional.

Acompañar a perfiles junior del equipo.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?

Experiencia sólida de al menos 4 años en desarrollo backend con Java y Spring.

Conocimientos en bases de datos relacionales (preferiblemente Oracle), modelado de datos y uso de frameworks ORM como Hibernate o JPA.

Experiencia en desarrollo orientado a pruebas (JUnit, Mockito) e integración continua (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker).

Capacidad para interpretar requisitos funcionales y traducirlos en especificaciones técnicas.

Experiencia liderando técnicamente equipos durante al menos 2 años.
