We are looking for a Transfer Agent to join our incoming agency in Tenerife to reinforce our team for next season. As a Transfer Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer routes in Tenerife, having a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service and also manage incidents. If you enjoy optimizing the grouping for a transfer and designing the best transfer route is like a game for you, we are waiting to meet you.

The main responsibilities will be:

• Management and control of transfers in Tenerife
• Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO
• Management of claims and incidents
• Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service
• Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes in Tenerife
  
  
  

• Experience in a transfer department is required
• Advanced level of English, other languages will be a plus
• Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our In-house Operational Systems
• Good knowledge of Tenerife
• Studies of Tourism or related fields

Our team is growing and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Transfer Assistants for a receptive agency in Tenerife South Airport.

As a transfer assistant you are the first person the client will meet and you should make sure everything is ready for them upon arrival. You will welcome them, provide them with all the details needed and walk with them to their transfer. Any queries they might have we should be able to solve them and help them make the most out of their holidays.

Main responsabilities:

• Welcome the customers at the airport upon arrival.
• Coordinate and assist transport from the airport to the hotel.
• Provide the customers all the information they may need.
• Report any changes / inconsistencies found to our main office.
  
  
  

• Advanced level of English and German is a must (other languages are valued).
• Experience in a similar position will be valued.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible working schedule, some flights land at night.
