Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our remote team based in Alicante! This position is vital to our operations, where you will provide top-notch administrative support and ensure our team remains organized and efficient. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential for liaising effectively with our Dutch-speaking clients and team members.
In this role, you'll handle a range of administrative tasks that promote smooth daily operations. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be critical in maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility
- Communicate effectively with clients and partners in both Dutch and English
- Arrange travel and logistics for team members as needed
- Assist with various projects and administrative duties to support the management team
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows
- Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote working tools
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who can work independently and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Availability to complete a fully paid 3-month training in Greece
