Responsabilidades 🛠️

• Crear y programar contenido y publicaciones en nuestros canales.
• Crear, editar y publicar contenido visual y escrito que refleje el producto de Nester 🎥
• Interactuar con la comunidad de usuarios y clientes de Nester.
• Colaborar con los equipos de producto & marketing para asegurar que el contenido esté alineado con las campañas y lanzamientos de productos.
• Monitorizar las tendencias en redes sociales y adaptarlas a la identidad de la marca.
• Planificar y gestionar el calendario de publicaciones.
• Crear reels, stories y otros formatos de contenido creativo y dinámico.

We're looking for someone who can help us create meaningful content that connects, informs, and engages our people across the internal communication channels of the Human Resources department.

In this role, you'll also support the planning and execution of internal events that strengthen our culture and foster a genuine sense of belonging throughout the organization.

Candidate profile:

• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

What you´ll do:

For each of the applications of the portfolio, you will:

- Understand all the key functional features.

- Learn to replicate main engineering use cases in the application.
- Be able to reproduce reported issues for advanced troubleshooting.
- Identify common issues and prepare interim mitigation guidelines.

- Academical background: Bachelor´s degree in business, information systems, sciences, engineering, or related field, or equivalent. At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience within IT function, ideally in engineering environment.
