Nos tomamos esa responsabilidad con una seriedad obsesiva.Lo que buscamos: Un perfil idealmente basado en Madrid (si bien estamos bastante abiertos a otros escenarios), con más de 2 años de experiencia en paid media y pasión por la consultoría digital.

Conocimiento avanzado y experiencia en los distintos ecosistemas y plataformas, incluyendo Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, entre otros.

Conocimientos sólidos sobre tracking digital, píxeles y cookies de marketing; y del ecosistema de compra y venta programática.

Experiencia (o, si no, interés) en negocio y finanzas.

Un hábito incorporado de hacer preguntas.

Conocimiento general del mundo del marketing digital y del ecosistema startup.

Ganas de adquirir habilidades técnicas, aprender sobre las últimas tendencias y encontrar nuevos procesos y estrategias.

Una comprensión suficiente de metodologías SCRUM y flujos de trabajo ágiles.

Curiosidad por herramientas digitales e IA, sus aplicaciones e integraciones.

Comodidad con los retos y disfrute al resolverlos.

As an Appian Associate Consultant, you’ll build and deploy web-based applications on the Appian platform to support our customers’ business strategies. You’re an expert on our software; from implementing the first business process management application to scaling up the program across the enterprise, you will bring our low-code platform to life.

“When you start as an Associate Consultant you’ll help build applications to solve a clients business need. Building the application includes everything from a kick off meeting to understand the client (their business and the problem we’re solving) as well as planning and executing the technical process and working out the steps we need to take to reach completion. We call this a project.

When working on a project you’ll regularly meet and collaborate with other Appian consultants working on the same project as you to define the work that needs to be done to build out the application. • Analyse a client’s business strategy, their business processes, and develop technical solutions to support their business strategy

• An understanding of at least one coding language and examples of times you have applied that learning.
