About The Business Division
The Water Utilities Division is Mott MacDonald’s centre of excellence for responding to the UK and Ireland's water and wastewater challenges. The work we do is at the forefront of ensuring safe water supplies for future generations, preventing urban flooding, and improving the health of our rivers and coastal environments. Our multi-disciplinary teams provide a variety of services throughout the full project life cycle, from advisory services and feasibility studies to outline and detailed design. Overview Of The Role
Having been appointed to several UK AMP8/9 water consultancy frameworks, we are looking for a Project Technical Lead to manage the technical delivery of clean water & wastewater projects/programme of works, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. You would build on the good work done in establishing our frameworks and work with our technical discipline leads to ensure projects within the wastewater programme are delivered on time, budget and drive technical excellence. This will be a customer facing role requiring close working relationships with our clients as part of a collaborative approach.
The role is expected to progress and evolve in line with the framework requirements and the candidates’ own skills and development areas. It offers an excellent opportunity to create future-proofed services and solutions that embrace latest innovations in digital technology and the chance to mentor the next generation of talent within our business.
The role will work as part of an integrated team across Spain, the UK and Ireland, collaborating closely to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Candidate specification
Essential:
- Chartered Status (CEng) with a recognised Professional Institution
- An understanding of conventional and innovative water or wastewater treatment technologies
- Track record of engineering technical coordination
- Experience in development and delivery of feasibility and outline design solutions within the UK water sector
- Ability to support bids, fee proposals or offers of service
- Ability to check and review technical deliverables, calculations and reports
- Strong communication skills with experience in effective collaboration across internal multi-disciplinary teams as well as Client teams
- Desire to take a leading role with client engagement
- Track record of developing junior staff
- Understanding of key water or wastewater sector treatments and sustainability needs
- Understanding of drivers for treatment investment in England and Wales
- Excellent technical report writing skills using concise English

¿Tienes formación en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o ramas afines? ¿Posees experiencia en la gestión integral de proyectos de sistemas de seguridad e instalaciones desde la planificación técnica hasta la entrega final del cliente?
En Grupo EULEN Seguridad buscamos a un/a Ingeniero/a de Proyectos de Seguridad, para trabajar como Gestor/a de Servicios de Sistemas de Seguridad, que se encargará de la gestión íntegra de proyectos de sistemas de seguridad e instalaciones, garantizando la excelencia operativa y técnica en la zona de Sevilla preferentemente.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Gestionar de manera integral los proyectos de sistemas de seguridad e instalaciones.
- Interlocución y representación técnica-comercial de proyectos de sistemas con clientes y proveedores.
- Encargado de la planificación y ejecución de los proyectos con los tiempos establecidos.
- Elaboración de estudios y presupuestos.
- Seguimiento de explotación de proyectos de instalaciones y mantenimiento.
- Tramitación, gestión y registro de documentación pre ingeniería, documentación final.
- Gestión de equipos de técnicos
