Job Title: Senior Java Backend Developer
Location: Hybrid – A Coruña (Remote considered with occasional on-site availability)


Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer with deep expertise in modern backend technologies to
join a collaborative, user-focused team. The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, delivers clean and
efficient code, and can mentor junior developers. This is an opportunity to be part of an impactful project
that puts technology and the user experience at the center of development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Champion development best practices to maintain clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and team members to deliver value-driven software.
• Share knowledge and propose innovative solutions to improve the current technology stack.
• Take ownership of team deliverables through 2-week sprints focused on iterative development.
• Maintain a user-centric approach throughout the development lifecycle.

• Java 17

Profile Requirements:
• Proven experience as a senior backend developer with the ability to work independently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to A Coruña if working remotely.
