Nuestro cliente es una empresa líder en el sector de alquiler vacacional, estamos en búsqueda de un Service Office Specialist para gestionar y coordinar las operaciones en Calpe. Este rol clave combina atención al cliente y gestión operativa para asegurar una experiencia excelente tanto para propietarios como para huéspedes.
Como Service Office Specialist, serás el apoyo fundamental para el service manager para asegurar la gestión integral de la experiencia del cliente interno (propietarios) y el soporte operativo en la oficina de alquiler vacacional para dar un buen servicio al cliente externo (inquilinos). Este rol híbrido asegura la máxima satisfacción de propietarios e inquilinos, optimizando la ocupación y rentabilidad de los inmuebles mientras coordinas la operativa diaria de atención al cliente y apoyo en la oficina.
Funciones y tareas: ¿Cuál será tu día a día?
- Mantener relaciones con los propietarios, optimizando la calidad y rentabilidad de las propiedades.
- Velar por la calidad de las casas y apartamentos existentes para que los clientes disfruten de unas 'fabulosas vacaciones'.
- Contratación de nuevas propiedades.
- Gestionar la operativa diaria de la oficina, incluyendo check-ins, check-outs y resolución de incidencias.
- Coordinar y supervisar colaboradores (limpieza, mantenimiento) para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
- Formación: Estudios en Turismo, Administración o áreas afines.
- Experiencia: Mínimo de 2 años en atención al cliente, operaciones o gestión de relaciones en el sector turístico o inmobiliario.
- Carnet de conducir.
- Idiomas: Español e inglés. Se valora un tercer idioma.
- Competencias: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y resolución de problemas.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Integration Manager to join our Supply Chain team. As Customer Integration Manager, you will play an essential part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and the successful introduction of new products. You will serve as the key operational link between our internal teams and external partners, coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver a smooth and efficient integration process.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating the setup of new customers across departments
- Overseeing the setup of new products for both new and existing customers.
- Leading weekly calls and email updates with customers to communicate project status, timelines, and key milestones.
- Managing project timelines using Smartsheet and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders, acting as main point of contact across departments.
- Ensuring timely creation and updates of all relevant documents.
- Handling PO management and import permit coordination.
- Ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities across departments.
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will be organised, collaborative, and thrive in a dynamic environment where communication and execution are critical to success.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset, able to anticipate potential roadblocks and take initiative to resolve them.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a project coordination, supply chain, or customer operations role, including multiple stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and leading customer-facing meetings or project updates
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly pharmaceutical, life sciences, or cannabis.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Familiarity with documentation processes
- Previous experience coordinating international shipments and managing import/export documentation.
- Project Management certification
