Naturaleza y alcance de las responsabilidades ejercidas

Bajo la responsabilidad del Manager de Real Estate y de Servicios Generales, el Project Manager Real Estate vela por el buen desarrollo de los proyectos y presta apoyo en la gestión del cambio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, costes, plazos y recursos humanos. Desarrolla políticas locales de Workplace y Servicios Generales, contrata y gestiona los servicios generales en España y Portugal, implanta espacios de trabajo y gestiona el mantenimiento de edificios terciarios fuera de los sitios industriales y/o de I+D.

Job Description

• Leads the team responsible for ICSR management for a selected project or group of projects as Team Leader
• Ensures adequate distribution of tasks for assigned projects and teams and oversees the workflow process

Tu función

Como Delegada/o de Visita Médica tu objetivo será alcanzar los objetivos de venta establecidos por la compañía potenciando el posicionamiento de los productos incluidos en el portfolio de Dermatología y la visibilidad de LEO Pharma en los targets estratégicos.

• Conseguir los objetivos anuales de ventas del territorio asignado actuando bajo las directrices de la estrategia de la Business Unit de Dermatologia
• Realizar las visitas a los médicos asignados según la frecuencia establecida en el Call Plan para la promoción del porfolio de Dermatología
• Reportar las visitas realizadas aportando la información necesaria que sirva de input a la evaluación de las acciones desarrolladas y creación de nuevos planes de acción
• Analizar los resultados, monitorizar su territorio y establecer planes de acción por zona para la implantación de la estrategia definida
• Establecer planes de Micromarketing acorde a las oportunidades de desarrollo identificadas en la zona, gestionando el presupuesto asignado y velando por el máximo retorno de la inversión
• Ser un interlocutor sólido para los clientes (médicos, especialistas, farmacéuticos), generando un alto nivel de compromiso con ellos
• Mantener buenas relaciones con otros KOL’s y otros stakeholders
• Actualización y puesta al día en conocimientos sobre productos, mercado y competidores del área de responsabilidad, con capacidad de identificar oportunidades de negocio.
• Gestión de las herramientas comerciales en el territorio asignado implantando las estrategias y los procesos definidos para la zona (acceso, segmentación, digital, acciones de marketing…)
  
  

Tus calificaciones

Para tener éxito en este rol, nos imaginamos que tienes las siguientes habilidades:

• Preferntemente titulación Universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud
• Experiencia en ventas en la industria farmacéutica (mínimo 3 años)
• Deseable haber gestionado productos dermatológicos o tener experiencia en la especialidad de Dermatología
• Experiencia en visita médica
• Conocimientos de Inglés

Nuestro comienzo – la visión de nuestro fundador

Nuestro comienzo empezó con una visión individual que rápidamente comprometió a un pequeño pero dedicado equipo. Nuestro fundador, Dan Collins, sintió pasión por transformar la atención médica tras ayudar a su padre a superar una enfermedad terminal. The Position

This role provides scientific/technical service to systems and solutions installed at client sites in the serum work area (CoreLab). Also ensures the highest efficiency and effectiveness in assigned activities and differentiates Roche's value proposition and achieves optimal customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and maintain excellent operational levels in all assigned solutions (instruments, reagents, and software)
• Train users in the handling and use of solutions
• Establish and maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with clients
• Inform clients of reagent and quality control updates and implement new protocols
• Report activities in CRM, both remote and on-site
• Document technical characteristics of client installations and update them as required
• Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings
• Comply with legislation, internal procedures, and applicable regulations regarding Safety, Health, and Environment
• Adhere to Company policies, including the Code of Conduct and applicable Ethical Codes

Who You Are:

• Education: Medium/Higher Level Training Cycle or Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, Health Sciences, or similar
• Language: Fluent level of English
• Location: in the area of work, preferably in Asturias

Introduction To The Vacant Position

The Biomaterials for Neural Regeneration group is looking for a Researcher in Training to join our multidisciplinary research team. This position is collaboration with the Northwestern University in Chicago.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Create novel ECM platforms, including hydrogel-based matrices with bioactive sequences and structured scaffolds, to mimic the physiological conditions of the spinal cord environment at various developmental stages.
• Characterization and Optimization: Perform a comprehensive biochemical, structural, and functional analysis of the developed ECM platforms using state-of-the-art techniques such as mass spectrometry-based proteomics, single-cell RNA sequencing, and electrophysiological assessments.
• Application in Disease Modeling: Utilize the optimized ECM platforms to advance the fidelity of iPSC-derived spinal cord models for studying neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative diseases, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).
  
  

Requirements For Candidates

The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

Essential

• Laboratory Experience and Technical skills: Experience working in a wet lab setting is highly recommended. Familiarity with biomaterials, stem cell culture, or 3D biofabrication techniques would be advantageous. Experience with advanced microscopy methods and molecular biology techniques for cell and tissue analysis would also be beneficial, but we are open to candidates who are enthusiastic to learn these skills.
• Teamwork and Communication: We value candidates who enjoy working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, have strong problem-solving skills, and can effectively communicate their research findings through both oral and written presentations.
  
  

Advantageous

• A Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Tissue Engineering, or a closely related field is preferred.
