Actualmente, precisamos incorporar a una persona, profesional social (trabajadores/as sociales, educadores/as sociales, psicólogos/as) en la zona de Girona. Su labor incluirá establecer el primer contacto con las personas usuarias, realizar revalorizaciones periódicas, y analizar el contexto social y familiar en el domicilio. Además, se encargará de coordinarse con los Servicios Sociales para informar de casos vulnerables o situaciones críticas.
¿Qué harás en el puesto y cuales serán tus responsabilidades?
- Realizar el primer contacto con personas solicitantes para obtener y facilitar información y realizar los informes pertinentes para el alta del servicio.
- Realizar las revalorizaciones periódicas establecidas, cuando se detecte modificación en las condiciones o situación de la persona usuaria, estableciendo la revisión de las prestaciones cuando así corresponda.
- Colaborar en la detección preventiva del contexto social y familiar a través del análisis de la realidad del domicilio.
- Procurar la adecuada coordinación con los Servicios Sociales dentro de su zona de trabajo, informando de casos vulnerables situaciones críticas.
- Contratación temporal por paternidad.
- Jornada 40h/sen.
- Horario: de lunes a viernes de 09:00h a 17:00h.
- Salario: 1.452,57€/brutos
- Incorporación en un equipo joven, dinámico y buen ambiente laboral.
Deberá contar con un Grado universitario en Psicología, Trabajo Social o Educación Social, así como un dominio nativo o bilingüe del catalán para garantizar una comunicación eficaz. Es imprescindible residir cerca de Girona y se valorará experiencia previa en el ámbito social, especialmente en la atención a personas mayores.
Se busca una persona proactiva, con habilidades interpersonales, capacidad de análisis y adaptación, y un fuerte compromiso con la calidad del servicio. Deberá estar orientada al bienestar de las personas usuarias, a la coordinación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios y al trabajo en equipo.
Habilidades y experiencia clave:
- Indispensable Grado universitario dentro de la rama social (Psicología, Trabajo social o Educación social)
- Indispensable catalán nativo o bilingüe.
- Carnet de conducir y coche propio.
- Indispensable residir cerca de la zona indicada.
- Valorable experiencia en el ámbito social y especialmente con gente mayor.

The Position
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Head of Content. The Marketing team is the engine that powers Remote's expansion. Through product marketing, performance marketing, events, communications, campaigns, and content, we tell the world about Remote to bring in revenue and establish Remote as the international leader in global HR and remote work.
You’ll shape our content strategy and lead a team of writers and creators in producing high-quality, high-impact content.
What You Bring
- Experience in content strategy and creation, with proven success in a growth-focused fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams with a focus on ownership and accountability.
- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to balance brand voice, creativity, and performance.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats and channels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to measure and improve content performance, own outcomes and drive measurable impact.
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators, setting high standards for quality, creativity, and execution.
- Own the content strategy across formats to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Translate business goals into content initiatives that support growth, brand, and customer success.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Design to ensure content is aligned, consistent, and impactful.
- Oversee content calendar, workflow, and governance to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Use analytics to measure impact, optimize performance, and inform future content strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement within the content team.

We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000 to $201,200. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
