¿Qué harás como nuestro/a Digital Media Planner? Tu misión principal será diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de medios digitales que generen resultados excepcionales para nuestros clientes. Algunas de tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Estrategia y Planificación:
- Desarrollar planes de medios digitales integrales (Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Video, etc.) alineados con los objetivos de negocio de los clientes.
- Investigar y analizar audiencias, tendencias del mercado y el panorama competitivo para identificar oportunidades.
- Definir KPIs claros y métricas de éxito para cada campaña.
- Ejecución y Optimización:
- Configurar, lanzar y gestionar campañas en diversas plataformas publicitarias (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, etc.).
- Monitorear el rendimiento de las campañas en tiempo real, identificando áreas de mejora y oportunidades de optimización.
- Realizar pruebas A/B y experimentos para maximizar la eficiencia y el ROI.
- Análisis y Reporting:
- Analizar datos de rendimiento, generar informes detallados y presentar insights accionables a clientes y equipos internos.
- Traducir datos complejos en recomendaciones estratégicas claras.
¿Qué buscamos en ti? :
- Experiencia demostrable de 2-4 años como Digital Media Planner, Media Buyer o rol similar en agencia o empresa.
- Dominio avanzado de plataformas de publicidad digital (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager son imprescindibles).
- Fuerte capacidad analítica y habilidad para interpretar datos y convertirlos en estrategias.
- Conocimiento sólido de modelos de atribución, KPIs de marketing digital y herramientas de medición.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Proactividad, organización y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
Puntos extra si tienes :
- Experiencia con plataformas programáticas (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).

About The Role 🚀
You will report directly to the Talent Marketing Lead and support our internal communication campaigns, the script and agenda of our weekly company-wide All Hands meeting, and help with event setup to boost talent attraction. You’ll work closely with the Engagement and Office teams, in addition to your own, to bring projects to life!
Key responsibilities:
- Own and centralize cross-company internal communication initiatives and campaigns (calendar).
- Draft and publish onboarding, campaign, and company-wide messages.
- Support All Hands logistics: invites, agenda, Q&A, and live support.
- Update our LinkedIn Company Page and website “About Us” section.
- Run surveys and track comms engagement data.

Desde RightHand, compañía especializada en atracción del talento digital y contratación, estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de un Social Media Account Manager. Este rol gestionará el servicio de Social Media con visión estratégica, capacidad de gestión y enfoque en crecimiento de marca y equipo.
Responsabilidades:
• Social Media: ➢ Integración entre departamentos (creativo, digital, paid, etc.). ➢ Desarrollo y crecimiento del departamento de Social Media. ➢ Gestión y control de herramientas y accesos.
• New Business (Social Media): ➢ Preparación de estrategias y presupuestos. ➢ Desarrollo de presentaciones para clientes potenciales.
• Gestión de clientes y marcas: ➢ Presentación de propuestas. ➢ Seguimiento de necesidades diarias de los clientes. ➢ Gestión de contenidos y coberturas de eventos. ➢ Presentaciones proactivas para mejorar KPIs.
• Coordinación interna: ➢ Con equipos creativos y digitales para optimizar contenidos y formatos. ➢ Con equipo creativo para planificación y creación de contenidos. ➢ Con freelancers de Community Management. ➢ Con Paid Media y Community para reportes y campañas.
• Estrategia y análisis: ➢ Creación, optimización y reporte de campañas de social paid media. ➢ Social Listening con herramientas como Buzzmonitor.
• Influencer Marketing & UGC: ➢ Propuestas de contenido con influencers y creadores. ➢ Coordinación con agencias partners.
Requisitos:
• Idiomas: Castellano y Catalán.
• Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de Social Listening (Metricool, Buzzmonitor…).
• Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de clientes (Asana…).
• Experiencia en desarrollo de estrategias para RRSS, incluyendo LinkedIn y Pinterest.
