We are looking for a Junior Content Creator to help us grow our Marketing team in Spain. This role combines creativity and innovation within the fields of legal outreach for the Chinese market.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🚀 Content Strategy & Management

• Create and manage high-quality social media content to boost brand visibility and recognition
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality social media content to boost brand visibility and recognition across all platforms.
• Develop short-form legal outreach videos, presenting information in a clear and engaging way for the audience.
• Translate complex legal expertise into accessible, easy-to-understand content to support the company’s communication strategy.

📣 Video Production & On-Camera Performance:

• Plan and record short legal outreach videos, with the ability to appear naturally on camera
• Plan, record, and edit short-form legal outreach videos.
• Act as the face of our digital content, appearing naturally and confidently on camera to engage our audience.

🤝 Legal Communication & Adaptation:

• Edit and publish videos
• Simplify professional legal knowledge, translating complex expertise into accessible and engaging content for a general audience.
• Support the company’s communication strategy by making legal topics easy to understand without losing technical accuracy.

🌟 Requirements

Hard Skills

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree
• Chinese: Native-level proficiency
• Spanish: Professional working proficiency (B2 or higher)

Experience (desired)

• Legal background or experience in law firms
• Experience in short-form video creation or social media management

• Strong public speaking and communication skills
