How you can help people and organizations work better together:

Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer the successful candidate ideally holds proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have experience preferably in a combination of CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a history using data-led insights and advisory capabilities to drive growth. Experience in sales and client management in the services industries is also viewed as an asset.

As part of this role, you will:

Provide organizational, sales and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business. Specific responsibilities include:

• Build strong business relationships with our CPG clients ensuring they are gaining value and insights from our work with them and that you strengthen their advocacy for Advantage
• Achieve sales and profit goals of client portfolio and meet new business development targets
• Work closely with the Commercial, Market and Finance teams to ensure alignment to business strategy and processes including meeting all targets and requirements for financial reporting – budgets, forecast estimates for clients across global and local investments

This role in the Chief Talent Office COE reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, Budapest & Barcelona HUBs will be part of the Barcelona Hub Talent Acquisition Team.

The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all external and internal hiring (~21K Hires in FY23) into Sanofi. Your role will be responsible for managing positions within one of the business units of Hub’s location in Barcelona, Spain.

Main Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Sanofi Barcelona Hub, your expertise in talent acquisition management, hiring strategies, service delivery and your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will be critical to meet the Hub talent needs and drive business success.

• You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, Budapest & Barcelona HUBs in shaping the Recruitment Strategy for the assigned positions aligned with the Business and Talent Strategy.
• Managing E2E recruitment process for all open positions within the defined scope, which includes working with the sourcing team, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates. Drive a strong talent assessment process to ensure delivery of the best talent.
• Proactively share the Talent and Market intelligence reports to stakeholders and then develop an effective hiring strategy accordingly.

En Caldererías Indálicas, empresa líder en el sector industrial del metal, buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para integrarse a nuestro equipo en la central de ciclo combinado de Sant Adrià de Besòs (Barcelona). Esta posición está pensada para garantizar la seguridad continua en planta y participar, en el futuro, en nuevos proyectos de la compañía tanto en España como en el extranjero.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Supervisar la correcta aplicación de las medidas preventivas en planta.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en seguridad y salud laboral.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos y proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas.
• Impartir formaciones e instrucciones de seguridad al personal y contratistas.
• Coordinar con los diferentes equipos de trabajo la implementación de los planes de seguridad.
• Ejecutar inspecciones y auditorías internas para verificar el cumplimiento de las medidas.

Requisitos
Formación Académica:

Idiomas / Informática:
-Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto.
-Usuaria entorno Office
-Usuaria habitual de BBDD, softwares de la administración pública (SEPE, TGSS, AEAT, INE, etc) y de aplicaciones de RRHH.

Competencias: Comunicación, trabajo en equipo, iniciativa y negociación.
