. API Python Docker Kubernetes OpenShift Bash DevOps
We’re looking for a DevOps-minded engineer who thrives at the intersection of automation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations. You’ll help power the backbone of our Cybersecurity organization by deploying, maintaining, and optimizing the platforms that analysts, incident responders, and threat hunters rely on every day.
If you enjoy solving tough technical problems, building reliable systems, and automating everything that moves—this is your playground.
What You’ll Do
- Operate & improve our containerized environments across Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) that support Cybersecurity services and internal tooling.
- Support automation initiatives through our SOAR solution (and extend it with your own integrations).
- Build tools and services in Python, with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and security.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across the full stack—network, container, cluster, pipeline, and app level.
- Enable and empower Cybersecurity teams by keeping their operational platforms stable, scalable, and fast.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security analysts, architects, infra, and developers) to roll out new features, improvements, and deployments.
- Drive observability through logging, metrics, dashboards, and alerting.
You don’t need to tick every box, but you should be strong in several of the following:
- Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift
- CI/CD: GitLab Pipelines, runners, automation workflows
- Languages: Python (primary), Bash
- Cloud-native tooling: Helm, Operators, Kustomize, etc.
- Automation: SOAR platforms, scripting, API integrations
- Troubleshooting: Networking, container runtime, cluster issues
- Monitoring & Observability: Datadog, Opentelemetry
- Security mindset: experience working with or supporting security teams is a plus
- You think in infrastructure, but code like a software engineer.
- You’re curious, you dig deep into problems until you understand them fully.
- You enjoy automating repetitive tasks and making systems simpler and more reliable.
- You like working with Cybersecurity teams, know their pace, and understand their need for stability and speed.
- You bring structure into chaos, whether in pipelines, clusters, or your own scripts.
- You’re a team player who’s not afraid to challenge assumptions or propose new ideas.
- You’ll build and run the core tech that keeps Cybersecurity operations moving.
- You’ll work with a modern stack and have room to shape how we grow our DevOps practice.
- You’ll collaborate with sharp, mission-driven engineers and security experts.
- You’ll have the freedom to experiment, automate, optimize, and innovate.
- Your work directly contributes to making the organization safer, faster, and smarter.
- A flexible way of working: Smartworking.
- Activities’ organization guided by performance, where the achievement of objectives and the entrepreneurial spirit are rewarded.
- An environment where curiosity is highly appreciated and where we guarantee a continuous training.
- Flexible Welfare programs.
- Shareholding plans for the employee.
