📢 We are looking for a PhD student to join the Vascular Tumors and Malformations Group at the Pediatric Cancer Center Barcelona, Institut de Recerca Sant Joan de Déu.

🔬 The project focuses on molecular and cellular mechanisms driving the pathogenic fate of endothelial cells in pediatric diseases.

🧪 Responsibilities
• Conduct experiments using animal models and in vitro systems of vascular anomalies
• Establish and maintain patient-derived cell cultures
• Design and perform molecular and cellular biology experiments
• Generate and analyze omics datasets (transcriptomics, proteomics)
• Perform basic bioinformatic analyses
• Present results and participate in scientific outreach activities

🎓 Requirements
✔ Master’s degree in Biomedicine or related fields
✔ Strong motivation to pursue a PhD

✨ Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with animal models
• Cell culture experience
• Basic knowledge of R
• Good English level and strong communication skills
