Incorporamos un/a Responsable de Comunicación y Marketing que lidere la gestión integral del departamento, con responsabilidad sobre la estrategia, ejecución y medición de todas las acciones de comunicación interna, externa y marketing, asegurando coherencia de marca, posicionamiento corporativo y contribución directa a los objetivos de negocio en un entorno energético altamente competitivo y regulado.
Funciones y responsabilidades
- Definir e implantar la estrategia global de comunicación y marketing, alineada con la estrategia corporativa.
- Liderar la gestión integral del departamento: planificación, presupuestos, prioridades y recursos (internos y externos).
- Desarrollo y protección de la marca corporativa (branding, reputación y posicionamiento).
- Gestión de la comunicación externa: medios, notas de prensa, relaciones institucionales y stakeholders.
- Coordinación de la comunicación interna, garantizando coherencia, alineación cultural y engagement.
- Diseño y ejecución de planes de marketing (online y offline), campañas comerciales y de captación.
- Supervisión de canales digitales: web corporativa, redes sociales, contenidos y analítica digital.
- Análisis de datos, seguimiento de KPIs y elaboración de informes de impacto y retorno (ROI).
- Coordinación con áreas clave (dirección, comercial, operaciones, RRHH y legal).
- Garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y la coherencia del discurso en un sector regulado como el energético.
Perfil requerido
- Formación universitaria en Comunicación, Marketing, Periodismo, Publicidad, ADE o similares.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de responsabilidad en comunicación y/o marketing.
- Valorable experiencia en sector energético, industrial o entornos regulados.
- Sólidos conocimientos en branding, comunicación corporativa, marketing estratégico y digital.
- Capacidad analítica y experiencia en gestión por indicadores.
- Alta competencia en liderazgo, influencia y gestión de proveedores/agencias.

As we are growing our Sales team, we are looking for a rockstar Business Development Representative to help us move upmarket 🚀
You will join our Sales Spain team of 15 Account Executives and 4 Business Development Representatives in generating new business by qualifying leads, driving various outbound campaigns and supporting them in their opportunities. You will also participate to enhance the prospection approach at Alan.
You will be responsible for:
- Generating qualitative meetings to achieve our company objectives: put a strong focus on mapping the companies and stakeholders, working hand in hand with the Account Executive to prepare and deliver quality meetings;
- Developing outbound sales leads and responding to product inquiries, running email campaigns to generate new sales prospects;
- Completing accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM;
- Representing our company’s products: starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs;
- Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method: this method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience.
- Have at least one first customer-facing experience (internship, summer job, or else)
- Like warm/cold calling - any experience in prospecting on a previous role would be a big plus
- Are fully bilingual in Spanish, to a level where you can successfully do cold calling in Spanish
- Have at least intermediate level in English
- Have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Are highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' challenges
- Have the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team
- Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one
