Responsabilità
Esprimi il tuo potenziale Swisslog in Spain are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to support our growth in the Iberia region. Our office is based in Barcelona however this position can be based remotely in Spain with travel to the customer and the office when required. Ideally intralogistics experience is desirable for this position. The position is responsible for business development activities in the location in close collaboration with the local and regional marketing. Responsible for lead generation based on EMEA sales strategy and close collaboration with the local sales team.
- Business Development generates leads following an effective lead generation process, aimed at our target markets and ideal fit customer profiles
- Driving the acquisition of target customers directly before handing over to sales
- Key user of the company CRM system in regards of the business development and lead generation processes
- Plan and carry out business development activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
- Qualify leads according to strategy and business plans in coordination with sales
- Support Marketing in carrying out market research, competitor and customer surveys
- Support with launching of new products and solutions to the market
Requisiti per il successo
- Intralogistics market and applications knowledge
- Proven sales and business development experience
- The ability to interact face-to-face with customers at a high level
- Proven successes of working within a professional business development or sales environment having supported via market research, lead generation and supporting bid proposals
- The ability to conduct presentations at a professional level
- A proven competency working with CRM systems
- A high level of computer literacy, combined with a natural creative flair and a close attention to detail.
- Fluent Spanish and English language

- Colaborar con los stakeholders y recolectar requisitos de los procesos de negocio para soluciones digitales en MES.
- Trabajo en entorno Agile (Scrum) en un equipo internacional y contribuir a soluciones innovadoras de Industria 4.0.
- Desarrollo y customizado de soluciones para el negocio específicas de BSH.
- Contribuir a soluciones de alta calidad realizando tests de nuevas implementaciones sobre demandas del negocio.
- Guía y soporte a los equipos de test, operaciones y negocio globales y regionales.
- Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo .NET y administración de Windows servers.
- Conocimientos básicos de arquitectura de Microservicios.
- Capacidad de análisis y pensamiento crítico. Experiencia trabajando con Metodologías Agile.
- Imprescindible nivel de inglés avanzado.
- Flexibilidad horaria y posibilidad de teletrabajo (híbrido).

About The Role
As the Senior Director of Marketing for Spain & Italy (SharkNinja), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand’s regional marketing strategy while contributing to the global vision. Acting as the voice of Southern Europe, you will ensure that regional consumer insights, cultural nuances, and market dynamics are embedded into global strategies.
You will lead the adaptation and execution of marketing initiatives across Spain and Italy, empowering local teams to deliver impactful, culturally relevant campaigns that drive brand growth and commercial success. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, storytelling, local expertise, and strong commercial acumen.
What You’ll Do
Regional Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Represent the voice of Spanish and Italian consumers to global leadership, advocating for regional nuances in behavior, retail environments, and media landscapes
- Lead the localization and activation of global marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regional priorities
- Influence global stakeholders by identifying opportunities and requirements for success in Southern Europe, helping shape global marketing agendas
- Own end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, including product positioning, launch planning, pricing strategy, and retail readiness
- Drive the localization of global campaigns to ensure cultural relevance, consistency, and measurable business impact
- Partner closely with Sales teams to accelerate category growth, strengthen retail execution, and optimize trade marketing initiatives across key accounts
- Champion a consumer-first approach, leveraging regional insights to inform brand positioning, product development, and innovation pipelines
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, optimizing marketing investments to maximize ROI and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure the Ninja portfolio remains competitively positioned for sustainable growth and cultural relevance across Spain and Italy
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team across Spain and Italy
- Foster strong collaboration across Product Marketing, Media, Social, PR, Creative, Sales, and distributor partners to deliver integrated marketing impact
- Develop team capabilities and nurture future leadership talent within the organization
- Extensive experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG/CPG or consumer durables, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple markets
- Deep understanding of Spanish and Italian consumer behavior, cultural dynamics, and retail/media landscapes
- Proven track record of successfully adapting and executing global marketing strategies within regional markets
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Commercially driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel across Spain, Italy, and to global headquarters as required
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian a plus
