Key Responsabilities
Product Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for M365, Copilot and AI-powered managed & professional services, aligned to Vodafone’s growth objectives
- Lead market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and inform product direction
- Set clear objectives and success metrics for M365, Copilot and AI services, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of all PLCM artefacts (product canvas, investment canvas, PRDs, release notes, adoption playbooks)

- Guide the junior product specialist in artefact management and best practices
- Lead go-to-market planning, including SKU creation, pricing strategy, enablement collateral, and market readiness checklists

Nuestro reto no es solo técnico: es crear un ecosistema digital de servicios que mejore radicalmente la experiencia del usuario final. Y para eso, buscamos personas senior que quieran tener impacto real en producto y en el equipo que lo crea.
El rol
Mapit está en un momento de crecimiento donde el producto necesita un liderazgo dedicado. Hoy, muchas decisiones de producto pasan por el CEO — y eso no escala. Buscamos a alguien que asuma el ownership del producto digital: que defina hacia dónde va, que decida qué se construye y en qué orden, y que lidere al equipo que lo hace realidad.
Liderarás todo el producto digital de Mapit y al equipo de producto /tecnología (:8 personas entre devs, producto y data). Estructurarás el proceso de ideación y validación: asegurar que cada iniciativa llega con evidencia clara, su estimación de coste e impacto, y un estado visible del pipeline de decisiones.
Reportarás directamente al CEO, con autonomía sobre producto. Tu responsabilidad se reparte en tres ejes:
Producto
- Definir y ejecutar el roadmap, priorizando por impacto real en negocio y usuario.
- Ser el punto de referencia para decisiones de producto: qué se construye, qué no, y por qué.
- Coordinar producto, negocio y tecnología para que las prioridades estén alineadas y las entregas sean predecibles.
- Liderar al equipo técnico: dar dirección, eliminar bloqueos, asegurar calidad y ritmo de entrega.
- Impulsar decisiones basadas en datos y acompañar al CTO en las decisiones de infraestructuras para que soporten el crecimiento.
- Implementar y supervisar soluciones de IA aplicadas al producto (trabajando con herramientas como Claude, APIs de modelos, pipelines de datos).
- Mejorar el proceso de creación de producto donde la IA suponga una mejora tangible.
- Experiencia real trabajando con IA en el día a día y entender cómo cambia los flujos de producción: ciclos más cortos, nuevas formas de iterar, y cómo integrar esto en la forma de trabajar del equipo.
- Ser la referencia del equipo en adopción de IA: desde herramientas de desarrollo (Claude Code) hasta casos de uso en el producto.
Imprescindible:
- +8 años de experiencia liderando producto digital end-to-end (apps, SaaS, plataformas) con equipos a tu cargo.
- Capacidad real de combinar visión de producto con profundidad técnica — el CTO lidera las decisiones de arquitectura, pero tú entiendes el contexto, hablas con devs en su idioma y participas con criterio.
- Experiencia implementando o supervisando IA aplicada a producto — no teórica, sino práctica: has trabajado con APIs de modelos, has integrado IA en flujos reales, sabes distinguir lo que aporta valor de lo que es hype.
- Fuerte criterio de priorización: sabes decir "no" y defender por qué.

Your role will be:
- Define and drive the vision and roadmap of the clienteling application in line with business and retail priorities
- Lead the day-to-day development of the product, ensuring continuous improvements in features and usability
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on what brings the most value to users and the business
- Act as a key link between business and tech teams, translating needs into clear product requirements
- Collaborate with teams such as Retail, CRM, IT, Digital and Training to ensure the solution fits store needs

What is important for the role;
- Previous experience in Product Ownership, Project Management or similar roles, ideally within digital products

- Comfortable working with different stakeholders and able to influence decisions across teams
- Experience working in agile or similar environments

- Involvement and support in:

- Minimum a Bachelor degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering/Science, Business, Marketing, or related field required

Overall Purpose Of The Role
Support Fashion Design and Product Development Team for Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, Stationery and Home in a creative and administrative role.
