Your Mission

• Main Purpose : Service / To repair (Field TE support and training to customers, support in workshop repair, maintenance activities in the Field and Operating room installations.)
• Technical Support to workshop team.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining technical equipment, systems, and software at client sites.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment. Carrying out the required reporting and data base maintenance.
• Diagnosing technical issues, conducting repairs, and testing equipment for proper functionality.
• Analyzing complex problems, developing solutions, and implementing fixes under pressure.
• Providing technical support and training to customers and other engineers/technicians.
• Training and education of KARL STORZ devices and/or services in client locations as determined by the facility requirements.
• Continuous learning - Health and safety. Documentation and training on workplace safety.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations.
