What will you do?

• Performance Optimization: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies to boost team performance.
• Process Efficiency: Ensure productivity, time-efficiency, and outcome-focus. Optimize organizational structures and workflows to remove impediments.
• Timeline transparency: Keep deliverables in mind and communicate possible time delays.
• You will work cross-functional together with our colleagues in Spain and Germany - Dresden and Hamburg!
  
  

• You enjoy communicating your agile mindset and methodological knowledge to others.
• Practical experience in supporting agile, self-organized teams as a Agile Coach.
• Proactive servant-leader with proven track record of elevating team performance.
• Deep understanding of agile and waterfall frameworks.
• Good English skills, written and spoken (this is a MUST for the position!)
