What Your Role Will Look Like

• Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors for external tool integrations.
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Obtain a full understanding of our products and the responsibilities of the teams that build and use them.
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Follow our competitors and the industry
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

About The Role

Join Antom's dynamic Card Acquiring team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global payments. We are building the next generation of cutting-edge technology and features to provide unparalleled global coverage for the world's largest merchants and emerging MSEs (Mid-Size Enterprises).

As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this mission. You will assist in managing a globally distributed team and work directly with the Head of Product to define and deliver on our ambitious product roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of the product vision and roadmap for our Global Card Acquiring Solutions.
• Global Team Coordination: Help manage and coordinate a diverse, cross-functional team with members across the EU, Singapore (SG), the US, and Shanghai (SH).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with the Head of Product to translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from concept and business case development through to launch, iteration, and performance analysis.
• PRD Elaboration: Create clear, detailed, and actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide engineering and design teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Product Management within the payments industry, specifically in card acquiring, payment processing, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable experience with global card scheme relations, acquirer domain projects, and/or processor integration projects.
• Strong background in project management and project coordination, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to engineers, executives, and global partners alike.
• Experience in writing detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and elaborating on requirements for development teams.
• Business-level English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
