En Konica Minolta España queremos incorporar un/a Preventa Senior especializado/a en Soluciones de Gestión Documental para formar parte de un equipo altamente motivado, trabajando con una solución moderna, flexible y tecnológicamente avanzada.

Tu misión

Serás una figura clave entre el área comercial y el área técnica, participando activamente en todo el ciclo de preventa de nuestras soluciones de gestión documental. Ayudarás a los clientes a identificar oportunidades de mejora en sus procesos, diseñando propuestas de valor adaptadas a sus necesidades y contribuyendo al crecimiento del negocio de la compañía.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Acompañar al equipo comercial en las fases de preventa: reuniones con clientes, toma de requisitos y análisis funcional y técnico.
• Realizar demostraciones personalizadas de nuestras soluciones de gestión documental.
• Diseñar propuestas técnicas y funcionales adaptadas a las necesidades de cada cliente.
• Definir arquitecturas funcionales y requerimientos técnicos para las soluciones propuestas.
• Colaborar en la elaboración de ofertas técnico-económicas.
• Trabajar codo a codo con los equipos de producto y proyectos para asegurar la viabilidad de las soluciones planteadas.
• Identificar oportunidades de mejora y ampliación de servicios en clientes existentes.
• Asesorar a los clientes en sus procesos de digitalización, automatización documental y optimización de procesos.
• Actuar como referente interno en gestión documental y soluciones de automatización asociadas.
  
  

Conocimientos valorados

• Experiencia mínima de 5 años desempeñando funciones de preventa, consultoría funcional o soluciones de gestión documental.
• Experiencia y conocimiento en alguna plataforma de gestión documental del mercado.
• Capacidad para realizar análisis funcionales, toma de requisitos y definición de soluciones.
• Experiencia en integraciones mediante tecnologías API REST y SOAP.
• Conocimientos de integración con plataformas ERP y CRM.
• Experiencia con herramientas BPM y automatización de procesos.
• Conocimientos de OCR, firma electrónica, trazabilidad documental y digitalización de procesos.
• Familiaridad con entornos cloud como Microsoft Azure o AWS.
• Nivel alto de inglés para participar en proyectos y procesos de preventa internacionales dentro de Konica Minolta.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación con interlocutores técnicos y de negocio.

• Contrato indefinido con incorporación directa a plantilla Konica Minolta.
• Modelo de trabajo híbrido con hasta 6 días de teletrabajo al mes.

Senior SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant– EY GDS Spain - Hybrid

The opportunity

Join a fast-growing HR Technology team delivering global SAP SuccessFactors Time Management programs from our EY GDS Spain hub in Málaga. You’ll be a senior, hands-on specialist shaping scalable and compliant time solutions using SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking. You’ll collaborate across countries and domains, work hybrid from Málaga, and see your work go live at scale.

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions aligned with client requirements and global standards.
• Run requirement workshops, translate business processes into solution designs and configure time types, time profiles, work schedules, holiday calendars, accruals, absence workflows and related business rules.
• Configure Time Tracking capabilities, including time recording profiles, clock time and duration-based recording, approvals, valuations, overtime and integration touchpoints with payroll and Employee Central.
• Execute unit, component and SIT testing; support UAT, data reconciliation, performance testing, cutover and production deployment activities.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including solution designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts and deployment guides; deliver knowledge transfer and provide hypercare support after go-live.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Employee Central, Integration, Security and Data teams across international and multi-vendor environments.
  
  

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Time Management configuration skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Clear communicator who can lead workshops and partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in Agile and international teams.
• Quality-first mindset with ownership across design, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare.
  
  

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking in complex, multi-country environments.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, covering design, configuration, testing, cutover and stabilization.
• Demonstrated expertise in time types, accruals, work schedules, holiday calendars, business rules, workflows, time recording profiles, valuations and payroll integration considerations.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources or a related field/years of experience on SAP SuccessFactors projects.
  
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification or relevant implementation accreditation.
• Experience with Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll or third-party payroll integrations, as well as global and multi-country time management deployments.
• Spanish, French or German language skills are a plus.
