We are looking for a full-time, permanent employee (m/f/d) for our “Marketing & Communications” department in Spain.

Your Tasks

• You will pick up on topics from the q.beyond world and create clear, target group-relevant content for the right channels.
• You independently conceptualize, develop, and drive internal and external communication activities.
• You develop suitable communication measures—internally and externally—tailored to the needs of our target groups.
• You are on top of current content and technology trends and will help advance them at q.beyond.
• With compelling storytelling, you provide real added value to each target group—boosting the reach of our online channels.
• You support the team in strengthening our image and brand awareness by contributing creatively and being hands-on.

• A journalistic background and extensive experience in creating editorial content such as press releases, media articles, social media posts, mailings, and internal company news
• Experience managing content campaigns, press, and marketing—both online and offline
• Ability to use and increase the reach of content-rich B2B social media platforms
• Strong affinity for IT topics in the B2B space, especially around cloud, AI, security, SAP, Microsoft, and software development
• Initial experience working with journalists, editors, and market observers
• Confident handling of tools and apps such as Office 365, SharePoint, facelift, etc.
