As part of this remarkable journey, we are looking for a Product Engineer.The jobYou will report to the Product Department Manager and be a part of the Product Department team in the office of Granollers (Barcelona, Spain).Tasks and responsibilities Lead product development projects based on business needs.
Conduct feasibility studies and energy improvement analyses.
Integrate new developments into the company's production and financial processes.
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to decision-making for the creation of new products.
Maintain and improve the product portfolio, solving problems and optimizing processes.
Requirements University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Knowledge of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
Teamwork skills and effective communication.
High organizational capacity.
Knowledge of industrial processes.
Experience in CAD design.
Willingness to travel.
High level of English is a must.
Knowledge of French is valued.
Advanced level of Excel.
Previous experience in a similar position is highly valued.

Reporting to our New Product Introduction & Master Data Manager your responsibilities will be:
- Managing new implementations in the organization, coordination of implementation.
- Achieving set goals and working based on set KPIs.

- Care for project documentation, providing instructions.
- Validation of production capabilities for a new product in the organization.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business. Any additional complementary qualification is valued.
- High English level (C1)
- At least 3 years of background in a similar role in a Supply Chain area.
- Project Management background is needed.
- Good driving in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of the SAP system.
