Overview Of The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hydraulic Engineer with a technical background and expertise in hydraulic analysis and design to join our growing team in Spain. You will be fluent in English and will help lead the design and analysis for a range of projects and topics, such as: transmission pipelines, surge analysis, hydraulic design of water and wastewater treatment works and stormwater storage tunnels. You’ll be able to understand water projects holistically and work in collaboration with other teams (mechanical, process, structural, environmental) for the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities And Duties Include

• Undertaking hydraulic studies, concept, preliminary and detailed design.
• Producing calculations, technical specifications, drawings and schedules

Candidate specification

We are seeking a talented Hydraulic Engineer with the following attributes:

Essential

• Civil Engineering or other relevant degree
• Working towards Chartership or other professional qualifications
• Knowledge of water or wastewater specifications and standards
• Experience in pressurised and open-channel hydraulics
• Proactive approach, with an ability to adapt and prioritise
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in both oral presentations and written reports
• Understanding of the use of design tools within a BIM environment

• An understanding of the designer’s responsibilities under the CDM regulations

Queremos incorporar a un/a Delineante Proyectista para participar en el desarrollo de proyectos industriales de gran envergadura. Buscamos a una persona activa, con ganas de crecer y aportar en un entorno técnico y colaborativo.

Requisitos:

• Formación mínima: Ciclo formativo de grado superior en Proyectos de Edificación o similares.
• Conocimientos valorables en software de diseño y entorno BIM (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) En caso de no contar con experiencia en todos ellos, ofrecemos formación a través de la empresa.
• Se valorará especialmente experiencia generando planos y diseños propios en AutoCAD.
• Capacidad para trabajar en un equipo multidisciplinar de Ingenieros y Arquitectos para el desempeño de los diferentes proyectos que abarca la compañía.
• Capacidad para teletrabajar, manteniendo una comunicación fluida con el equipo o directamente con clientes.
• Organización y capacidad de planificación del trabajo.
