• Identify emerging trends, then conceptualize and craft bold content that captures the audience’s attention. Own every step of the process—from brainstorming and planning to collaborating with stakeholders, publishing, and analyzing performance—to ensure each piece performs impeccably.
• Leverage data to track performance, monitor competitors, and uncover actionable insights. Continuously refine strategies to maximize impact and drive growth.
• Partner with creatives to ensure high-quality execution of media requests. Prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential, and keep the team focused on delivering exceptional results.
• Play a crucial role in marketing efforts by mastering campaign management and creative analysis. Drive testing, learning, and scaling initiatives that are essential to achieving continuous growth for our team and products.

The selection process

• Conocimiento de las últimas tendencias y hábitos de consumo digital en YouTube

REQUISITOS

• Titulación en Periodismo, Publicidad, Marketing o Comunicación Audiovisual
• Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en la gestión de canales de YouTube
• Conocimiento de la herramienta Content ID y gestión de derechos en YouTube
• Experiencia previa en edición de vídeo y creación de contenido (portfolio con ejemplos).
• Conocimiento de herramientas como CapCut, Premiere, Canva y Photoshop.

We are looking for a Social Media / Content Manager who loves social media and digital strategy and creativity to be part of our Content & Social team in Ogilvy Barcelona.

Tasks and responsabilities

1. Research: digital and social network benchmarks.
2. Management with suppliers: other agencies and partners of the company.
3. Strategy: thinking geared towards obtaining results for clients with content on multiple digital platforms.
4. Assistance to Senior Content Managers of the team.
5. Writing: perfect writing skills (grammar and spelling). The texts must be creative, oriented to search for results.
6. Platform update: manage the programming of content and posts, tweets, using various tools according to customer requests.
7. Create, recognize, find and curate valuable content for the community and that follows the "editorial" line proposed in the strategy.
8. Listen to users and respond to their comments and queries, to make them feel valuable.
9. Implement the actions of contests and promotions.
10. Monitor trends in social networks to keep the different platforms updated, not only with the content already created or curated.
11. Identify user needs and preferences.
12. Give feedback on platform activity and review metrics with analysts.

Requirements

• 2 years in a similar role.
• Previous experience in an agency will be highly valued

Te estamos buscando para que formes parte de nuestro equipo de Marketing de FORMA PRESENCIAL en Fuerteventura.

Funciones:

* Este puesto multifuncional integraría las tareas de creación de contenido audiovisual (como un filmmaker), gestión y planificación de contenido (como un content manager).

* Conceptualizar y crear contenido visual dinámico y atractivo (video y fotografía) para diversas plataformas sociales (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.), adaptándose a los formatos y tendencias específicas de cada red.

* Filmar y fotografiar contenido original utilizando cámaras profesionales y/o dispositivos móviles, asegurando una alta calidad visual y narrativa.

* Editar y animar videos utilizando herramientas como Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, entre otros.

* Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo creativo y el equipo digital para desarrollar contenido alineado con las estrategias de marca y los objetivos del cliente.

* Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias, formatos y mejores prácticas en redes sociales, y aplicarlas a su trabajo diario.

* Gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, cumpliendo plazos ajustados y manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.

* Participar en sesiones de lluvia de ideas y desarrollo de conceptos junto con el equipo creativo.

* Adaptar mensajes clave y briefs en piezas de contenido que resuenen con las audiencias objetivo.

¿Que ayudara a que seas el candidato/a seleccionada?

* Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional demostrable en el campo de las redes sociales/marketing online.

* Estudios relacionados con la Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad, Periodismo, Gestión de medios online o similar.

* Excelente redacción y ortografía (Español, se valorara el Inglés)

* Capacidad alta de planificación, organización y trabajo en equipo

* Actitud proactiva, creativa y orientada a resultados.
* Persona organizada con capacidad de aprendizaje continuo.
* Buena predisposición para participar en eventos y trabajos en equipo.

* Imprescindible portafolio, blog o proyecto personal que demuestre las habilidades requeridas.

* Dominio de herramientas de edición y animación como Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, así como herramientas de edición móvil como CapCut o InShot.
* Experiencia grabando video y fotografía tanto con cámaras profesionales como con dispositivos móviles.

* Conocimiento profundo de las características, formatos y audiencias de plataformas como TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube y X.

* Proactividad y creatividad, orientación a soluciones y capacidad para prosperar en equipos multifuncionales y entornos dinámicos.
