JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work by the employee guidelines

• Create memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring the warmest welcome

and demonstrating high levels of customer service.

• Provide extensive knowledge of the hotel services and facilities and the

surrounding area.

• Perform check-in and checkout tasks on time per the hotel’s standards.

• Maximize revenue opportunities through upselling.

• Handle the reception’s email inbox.

• Use the correct procedures regarding credit card usage and cash handling, following the hotel’s credit policy.

• Possess the ability to work in a team environment and communicate efficiently

with all hotel departments.

• Manage guest bookings, reservations, and room allocations.
