¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Organización y coordinación de eventos: Planificar, coordinar y supervisar todos los eventos (grupos, reuniones, congresos, banquetes..) asegurando la satisfacción del huésped y cliente.
- Atención al cliente y huésped: Asesorarás a los clientes y huéspedes en la elección de agasajos, menús y servicios, acorde a sus necesidades y preferencias.
- Gestión de recursos: Determinar y coordinar los recursos técnicos y humanos necesarios para cada evento.
- Colaboración entre áreas: Asegurar la colaboración entre los distintos departamentos, asegurando una experiencia excelente para el huésped y cliente.
- Seguimiento y control: Realizar reuniones con las personas involucradas, establecer objetivos y hacer un seguimiento para cumplir los objetivos fijados.
- Seguimiento post-evento: Llevar seguimiento de satisfacción del evento y proponer mejoras.
¿Qué te ayudará a tener éxito?
- Formación: Diplomatura en Turismo, Marketing, Gestión Hotelera, o afines.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en un puesto similar.
- Proactividad, orientación a resultados y habilidades organizativas.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Idiomas: Imprescindible inglés y valorable otros idiomas.

Key Responsibilities
- Curates a well-executed selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to high standards of preparation, presentation and taste.
- Engages with guests in a professional and friendly manner, taking orders, making tailored recommendations and providing detailed information about beverage offerings.
- Processes payments with accuracy and efficiency, handles cash and operates the point-of-sale system.
- Maintains strong knowledge of the beverage menus, including ingredients, flavours and preparation methods, staying updated on industry trends.

What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in a luxury hotel or resort environment in a bartending role, delivering consistent guest experiences.
- A bartending certification or related professional training is preferred.
- Maintains a well-groomed appearance at all times, aligned with the group’s grooming standards.
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of beverages, cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests, peers and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple orders accurately and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach and attention to detail, ensuring operational standards are maintained.
- A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the operational needs of The Pacha Group.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
- Holds the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.

Purpose of the Role
As a Retail Consultant, you embody our desire to engage, listen and guide customers, you will welcome guests into our Aesop store within Ibiza Gallery . You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced. In demonstrating products that address customer needs you will deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience that contributes to seasonal success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful, inclusive interactions
- Guide customers in selecting products tailored to their needs
- Maintain store presentation and ensure a welcoming environment
- Manage stock replenishment, including receiving deliveries and unpacking boxes
- Support operational tasks to ensure smooth daily store functioning
- Contribute to team goals and foster a collaborative, positive atmosphere
