Key Responsibilities

• Leads, motivates and supports the front office team, overseeing daily supervision, shift allocation, onboarding and ongoing development of reception team members.
• Supervises daily front office operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures, accurate billing and consistent service delivery.
• Acts as shift lead, taking responsibility for operational decision-making and service recovery during assigned shifts.
• Monitors room availability, occupancy levels and overbooking situations in coordination with the reservations department to optimise room allocation and revenue.
• Manages VIP arrivals, special requests and guest concerns with professionalism, discretion and timely resolution, ensuring appropriate follow-up where required.
• Reviews guest feedback, identifies service gaps and implements corrective actions to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Coordinates with housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance and reservations to ensure smooth operational flow and readiness of rooms and facilities.
• Drives upselling initiatives and promotes hotel services to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, data protection requirements and quality expectations.
• Oversees cash handling procedures, float balances and end-of-shift reconciliations in line with The Pacha Group’s controls.
• Prepares daily operational reports, including occupancy updates, shift handovers and incident reports as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Supervisory Front Office role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment, with the ability to manage operations in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and developing multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a professional and guest-focused approach.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining service standards.
• Commercial awareness, with an understanding of occupancy management, room allocation and upselling techniques.
• Working knowledge of property management systems, with Opera Cloud preferred.
• A collaborative team player with an interest in coaching and developing others.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the rhythm of Destino Five Ibiza.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Spanish is an advantage but not essential.
• Must hold the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists guests with a warm and authentic check-in and check-out experience, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
• Assists with reservations, amendments, and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing dynamic, friendly, and professional service.
• Supports the front office team by maintaining accurate records and registration cards and assisting in the creation of profiles for our ‘Pacha-Lovers.’
• Provides information about Destino Five Ibiza’s offerings, services, and local hotspots, ensuring guests feel connected and informed.
• Handles simple guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism, from booking taxis to providing recommendations for dining and entertainment.
