Entre las tareas que tendrás que desarrollar destacamos las siguientes:
- Proporcionar apoyo administrativo/a general y asistencia al equipo que realizará las visitas a los dispositivos de emergencia para la acogida de infancia migrante no acompañada en Canarias. Catalogar, clasificar y conservar la documentación de las entidades beneficiarias del programa, así como gestionar su archivo.
- Apoyar al equipo en el análisis de la documentación recaudada.
- Actualización y el mantenimiento de herramientas y bases de datos internas.
- Apoyar la programación, organización y preparación de visitas a dispositivos, incluida la planificación (cronograma), preparación de agenda de visita y la recolección de documentación.
- Apoyar en la redacción de informes, documentos, plantillas y análisis de los datos recopilados.
- Realizar cualquier otra función en interés del servicio.

Requisitos
Entre otros, se valorarán los siguientes aspectos:
Título universitario o grado superior en campos relevantes.
Poseer un conocimiento avanzado de MS Office.
Poseer un conocimiento nivel avanzado de Excel y de herramientas de visualización de datos (e.g PowerBi).
Dominio del español y del inglés (min. B2), tanto oral como escrito.
Experiencia profesional previa en tareas relevantes de al menos 2 años.
Valorable: Experiencia previa en un entorno internacional y multicultural.
