En "SAYCA" nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una Asistente Jr. Ejecutiva para Gerencia, una persona organizada y con excelente disposición para asumir nuevos desafíos.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Seguimiento completo de los pedidos, asegurando que cada uno avance correctamente con incidencias resueltas.
- Trabajo coordinado y controlado de los proveedores, manteniendo comunicación constante para verificar entregas, tiempos, condiciones y disponibilidad de productos.
- Políticas cumplidas cada área, supervisando que todos apliquen los procedimientos establecidos.
- Reuniones organizadas, citas agendadas e información previa preparada para liberar carga del Director Ejecutivo.
- Propuestas presentadas con proveedores, ya sea para mejorar condiciones, ampliar la oferta de productos u optimizar el proceso de abastecimiento.
¿Cuáles serán los retos que debes superar?
- Adaptarse a la comunicación dentro de la empresa y servir como enlace entre los equipos, ayudando a que todos trabajen con las mismas bases y objetivos.
- Priorizar tareas y poner orden en la organización, asegurando que se cumplan las actividades diarias y las directrices que marca la gerencia.
- Llevar un control organizado de las actividades de cada colaborador, verificando que todos tengan claridad sobre lo que deben hacer y en qué plazo.
- Dar seguimiento firme al equipo, presionar cuando sea necesario y gestionar el trabajo en momentos críticos, como cierres de mes, entregas importantes o proyectos específicos.

This team plays a crucial role in the overall operation of the business. Responsibilities
- Support operations for one or more departments in the company
- Coordinate monthly reports and schedule meetings and interviews
- Organise and run international company events including logistics
- Manage quarterly and annual executive meetings
- Collaborate across teams on activities and initiatives

- What will you do?
- Administrative and accounting management of different projects.
- Invoicing: Monitoring and accounting of invoices.
- Accounting and expense control: Recording invoices and purchases, bank reconciliations, and corporate card oversight.
- Tax compliance: Submission of the SII (Immediate Supply of VAT Information) and collaboration in the preparation of periodic tax returns.
- Document management: Organization and digital filing of all accounting documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.).
- International support:
- USA: Management of collections and payments.
- Canada: Gathering accounting reports, tracking deductible expenses, and coordinating tax documentation with external advisors.
- What are we looking for?
Requirements
- Education in Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Previous experience in accounting or financial management tasks.
- Experience submitting the SII (Immediate Supply of VAT Information).
- Proficiency with office tools and accounting software.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience in international environments or companies with multiple legal entities.
