For one of our key clients and world leaders in materials technology, Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) is looking for a Project Engineer to assist our client in the realization/construction of one of their megaproject which will be situated in Northern Spain.Once the construction phase begins, full on-site presence will also be required.

This is expected to occur towards the end of this year/early next year.Please note that you would initially work as an independent consultant (autónomo) through CMC with it being our client's intention to make the role permanent upon successful collaboration after or within the 2-year contract.

They will be responsible for coordinating the design and construction of its area of responsibility & expertise and will have the following qualities:

• University degree, or equivalent qualification, in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation/Automation
• Technical experience and/or background in the execution of engineering projects (of special ties above mentioned)
• Relevant experience and understanding in the execution of industrial projects in operational environments
• Knowledge of design software (e.g. AutoCad)
• Knowledge of EHS standards, industry good practices and legal requirements applicable to t he specialty of focus
• Competent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package
• Must have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with t he rules and procedures set down.They will be working closely with the Program Director & Project Manager to fulfil the following requirements:
• Prepare, revise and approve technical documentation for the design phases of projects, guaranteeing that standards, guidelines, best available, safe and cost-effective solutions are considered.
• Ensure that project documents are complete and optimal for a competitive and fair tender process.
• Support the procurement phase of specific components and works, screening from bids to good reception confirmation in support of the project management.
• Control costs during execution of projects.
• Supervise the construction, installation and commissioning of assigned projects, within its area of responsibility.
• Work with other Engineering teams, integrating the work with other specialties into the final project solution, assuring user deadlines are met and without unexpected delays in production,
• Execute all assigned tasks, planning and delivering on time, safely, efficiently, reliably and in a cost-effective manner.
• Make quality and timely decisions within the Engineering tasks under his/her responsibility
• Gather relevant data to inform the decision makers regarding complex issues
• Propose improvements (procedures, organizational, new technologies, capex, productivity) as appropriate.
• Capture user feedback and lessons learned for future projects.
• Collaborates in internal and external audits.

Con el objetivo de continuar la línea de desarrollo empresarial, deseamos incorporar a un/a Ingeniero/a industrial de Proyectos, con especialidad en mecánica.

El puesto de trabajo se ubica en las cercanías del recinto industrial de nuestro cliente, situado en el entorno de A Coruña, pero realizando visitas a la planta con gran asiduidad.

El perfil solicitado se incorporará a un equipo multidisciplinar formado por técnicos de distintas especialidades (obra civil, procesos, piping, equipos mecánicos, electricidad, e Instrumentación & Control).

Funciones:

El perfil seleccionado desarrollará una doble función: por una parte, como ingeniero/a de proyecto y por otra como especialista mecánico/a.

• Gestión de la planificación del proyecto en lo que se refiere especialmente a riesgos, amenazas y oportunidades.
• Junto con los departamentos de soporte, gestión de compras, contratos, construcción y puesta en marcha de los proyectos a su cargo.
• Gestión de recursos internos para la correcta elaboración del proyecto.
• Desarrollo de ingeniería mecánica, incluyendo la elaboración de especificaciones técnicas y hojas de datos de equipos mecánicos, cálculos, planos y diseño de tuberías.
• La redacción de requisiciones y tabulaciones técnicas de compras de equipos mecánicos.

• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial y Máster en especialidad mecánica.
• Amplia experiencia desarrollando tareas de gestión de proyectos en calidad, plazo y coste de acuerdo al alcance determinado por la ingeniería básica y de detalle del mismo.
• Se valorará positivamente experiencia en el sector oil&gas
• Profundo conocimiento de código ASME B31.3 y manejo de software especializado como CAESAR.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Carnet de conducir; no es imprescindible disponer de vehículo propio.
