Combinarás el desarrollo de cartera internacional con tareas operativas, enfocándote en la prospección comercial, la gestión y seguimiento de pedidos, así como en la documentación de exportación para los países asignados. Además, representarás Frit Ravich en ferias internacionales para impulsar la expansión y consolidación de nuestros mercados.

💼¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?

• Desarrollo activo de cartera comercial internacional, buscando y consolidando nuevas oportunidades en los mercados asignados
• Gestión y seguimiento de pedidos internacionales, asegurando el cumplimiento de requisitos específicos por país
• Coordinación y control de toda la documentación de exportación (facturas, packing list, certificados de origen, etc)
• Resolución eficiente de incidencias relacionadas con entregas, aduanas y documentación, cuando precise
• Participación en ferias estratégicas para potenciar la presencia de la marca y apoyar al equipo de marketing a nivel internacional
• Control de stock y coordinación con logística para asegurar la disponibilidad y distribución óptima
• Elaboración conjunta con el manager de presupuestos de gastos del departamento de exportación
• Gestión directa de cuentas internacionales clave (Francia, Argelia, Malta, EMEA, Guinea, etc.)
• Visitas periódicas a clientes para fortalecer relaciones, fidelizar y aumentar el volumen de facturación
• Actuar como socio estratégico para distribuidores locales, asesorando sobre productos, estrategias comerciales y promociones
• Supervisión del cumplimiento del presupuesto de exportación en facturación, rentabilidad y margen, proponiendo medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario
  
  

✅¿QUÉ NECESITAS SABER PARA BRILLAR EN ESTE ROL?

• Formación mínima en Grado en ADE, Economía y Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o similar
• Experiencia previa mínima de 5 años en una posición similar, preferiblemente en desarrollo comercial y gestión de cuentas internacionales
• Dominio avanzado de francés e inglés, con capacidad para negociar en ambos idiomas; se valorarán conocimientos en otros idiomas
• Conocimiento de procesos y documentación de exportación, incluyendo gestión de aduanas y normativas internacionales
• Habilidades sólidas para la prospección comercial, negociación y fidelización de clientes internacionales
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizando visitas y gestionando la cartera de clientes con eficiencia
• Orientación a resultados y capacidad analítica para el seguimiento de KPIs y presupuestos
