Job Purpose

Provide support to HRBP and guidance to managers on general HR process

Will be the privileged communicator at the plant, supporting all areas that need help in promoting/sharing relevant actions and information for the factory's daily operations

NOTE: FULL TIME CAR AVAILABILITY

Job Responsabilities

People support related:

• Participate in planning, developing of HR projects and process
• Provide support to specific HR process on industrial site, such as recruitment of industrial position, performance and support manager on shopfloor.
• Support labor relation process and relationship on the industrial site
• Put in place action plan designed to minimize the impact of absenteeism on the industrial site.
• Works closely with HRBPs, Employee Relations, employees and management.
• Responsible of keeping update all the data system (org chart on workday, salaries, hierarchies, grading etc)
• Work closely with Employee Experience team to prepare and consolidate information requested by HR team
• Participate and keep updated all budget and trend for HR controlling
  
  

• Manage and maintain updated communication channels needed in the plant
• Coordinate the consolidation of information & content and generate final materials
• Design and execute communication campaigns to support decisions and action plans carried out at the plant
• Provide support in the preparation of events and meetings
• Write and adapt content for external plant communications
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, Human Resources or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Availability to start on October 1st, 2025
• Own vehicle required to access the worksite

TÈCNIC/A SEGURETAT I SALUT LABORAL

Posició a l’Àrea de Seguretat i Salut Laboral, a Salt.

La missió consisteix en poder garantir l’aplicació de les normatives vigents, coordinant les accions necessàries amb els serveis contractats. Gestionant totes les tasques administratives, derivades de tota la seva activitat preventiva per a tots els centres de treball assignats de forma autònoma i amb iniciativa, proposant processos que facilitin i garanteixen l’acompliment de les diferents normatives i necessitats.

Funcions a desenvolupar:

• Garantir l'aplicació de les normatives vigents
• Gestió administrativa de la documentació vinculada a la Seguretat i Salut Laboral
• Realitzant el seguiment del complicment de la implementació de la planificació de l'activitat preventiva per assegurar el control periòdic de les condicions de treball per tal d'identificar àrees de millora
• Assessorament en matèria de prevenció de riscos laborals als diferents departaments
• Gestionar les activitats i serveis amb el Servei de prevenció
• Fent seguiment de les avaluacions de riscos facilitades pel servei de prevenció, garantint que disposem de tota la documentació i que complim amb les especificacions
• Sent la persona de contacte entre el servei de prevenció i entitat
• Gestionant la plataforma dels serveis de prevenció de cada entitat
• Gestionar els accidents i tasques relacionades amb la Mútua
• Fent seguiment dels accidents de treball
• Sent la persona de contacte entre la Mútua i l'entitat
• Comunicació i derivació a la mútua d'accidents
• Realitzar les CAE's
• Gestió de la documentació als diferents aplicatius
• Facilitant la documentació demanada pels clients
• Demanant i fent seguiment de la documentació demanada als proveïdors
• Informant de les incidències
  

• Formació específica vinculada al departament de Seguretat i Salut Laboral
• Valorable coneixement específic de gestió CAE's

About The Job

The role designed for you:

The inbound raw material process is crucial in ensuring that a company has the materials to operate efficiently and meet customer demand . Focuses on the inflow of raw materials and goods into a facility. A position that is of great importance to our supply chain – raw material inbound and that must ensure correct delivery times from suppliers, as well as the internal management that affects production flows.

Your Responsibilities Include

• You will have to analyse the raw materials stock, orders to the suppliers, sales forecast and
  
  
  

• You will have to manage the arrivals of the materials by maintaining the right balance between the
  
  
  

• You will prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery times.
• You will monitor the order’s progress and ensure it is delivered on time and in the required
  
  
  

• You will need to review purchase prices with actual tarif and verify invoices to ensure they match
  
  
  

• You will have to maintain ongoing communication with the supplier to ensure that the relationship
  
  
  

• You will have to consider the analysis of the production program by identifying any shortage or surplus of raw material in advance in order to avoid any negative impact on the stocks but also on
  
  
  

• You will have to collaborate constantly with Planning to ensure a schedule aligned with the availability of the raw materials
• Monitoring and implementing performance KPIs in line with company standards.

• You demonstrate experience in a manufacturing environment, concretely in supply chain.
• You hold a related Bachelor is needed for this role (Business Administration, Engineering, etc.). Or equivalent professional experience.
• You show experience or studies in production/manufacturing areas.
• You are an autonomous person and team player. Stable, dynamic, energetic, hardworking, and eager for improvement.
