Formación académica
- Doctor en Químicas
- Especialidad en Química Analítica o Química Medioambiental.
- 2-3 años (incluyendo experiencia laboral o investigación académica (tesis, máster,…)).
- Conocimientos de química del agua y de procesos de tratamientos de agua.
- Experiencia en gestión técnica de proyectos de I+D+i.

The candidate selected in this process will have the opportunity to apply to the Grant for Doctoral Theses in Life and Matter Sciences funded by Ramón Areces Foundation with IMDEA Water as hosting Institute.The candidate must meet the following requirements:Be in possession of a bachelor´s degree, engineer or university graduate, with a degree of at least 240 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or similar, at the time of submission of the application.Applicants must have an average mark on their academic transcript for the bachelor´s degree or equivalent qualification of more than 7.5 on the 0-10 scale.The average mark of the transcript will be the one stated in the degree certificate.
In the case of holding more than one degree, the calculation must be made for each one separately and the one that is most closely related to the doctoral studies applied for will be taken into account, with the other degrees being considered as additional merit.Preference in this call will be given to candidates who have obtained these degrees between 2021 and 2025.The applicant must be in a position to be admitted on a doctoral programme to the date on which the grant is formalized (i.e.
January 2026).In general, in order to access a doctoral programme it will be necessary to hold an official Spanish Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a Master's degree or equivalent, provided that at least 300 ECTS credits have been passed in these two courses together.Not be in possession of a doctoral degree or have previously held a pre-doctoral contract.English level: B2 or higher except for native English speakers.According to the call for the year 2024 ( Convocatorias - Fundación Ramón Areces )*, the grant will cover up to a four-year period (1-year renewable up to a maximum of 4-years if annual evaluations are favorable) starting on January 2026.

Object of the CallThe purpose of this call is to recruit one person for the pre-doctoral clinical research staff at UNINPSI.
The aim is for them to complete their doctoral thesis, through a list of publications, while simultaneously practising health psychology under supervision.The selection process will be competitive, assessing the merits of the candidates and, where appropriate, holding one or more interviews.The post will be offered to applicants who successfully pass this selection process, in accordance with the highest number of points obtained, provided that they meet the minimum requirements.TWO.
Candidate requirementsCandidates should:Hold a degree in Psychology.Hold a Master's degree in General Health Psychology (or the qualification of General Health Psychologist) or the qualification of Specialist in Clinical Psychology (or be in a position to hold this qualification by the start of the contract).Have submitted an application and meet the requirements for admission to a Doctoral Programme of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences.Present a current clearance certificate relating to crimes of a sexual nature (dated within previous 3 months).Applicants are responsible for the truthfulness of all the information they provide in the application and in the documentation presented, and may be held liable in the event of false information, without prejudice, where appropriate, to their being excluded from the selection process.THREE.
Tasks to be performedPre-doctoral contracts for the training of clinical research personnel are aimed at training research personnel specialising in interventions in clinical and health psychology.
During his or her training period, the doctoral student will:Comply with the training activities of the Doctoral Programme of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences.Complete the research tasks associated with your doctoral project.Collaborate in research on the projects undertaken at UNINPSI, while contributing to the dissemination of the results through publications in high impact journals.Carry out assessment, diagnosis and intervention tasks in the field of health psychology at UNINPSI.Attend tutorials with the supervisor(s) of the doctoral thesis.Attend clinical intervention supervision sessions with their supervisor and therapeutic team coordination meetings.The time-allocation ratio between clinical tasks and research will be approximately 1:5(1 hour dedicated to clinical care for every 5 hours dedicated to research), whichmay vary depending on patient demand, the time of year or the duration of stays outside the university.This training program is governed by academic rules, the breach of which leads to mandatory withdrawal from the doctoral program, thus the continuity of the contractual validity would lose its causality.
Consequently, termination of the contract is established as being due to academic withdrawal from the doctoral program for any reason attributable to the worker, voluntarily or by incurring in any of the academic causes for exclusion from the doctoral program.FOUR.
DurationThe contract signed in accordance with the current labour regulations will be linked to inclusion as a research staff member in the training program for obtaining the Doctorate Degree.
For these purposes, the contractual termination date will be considered the same as the withdrawal from the doctoral program.The annual financial endowment will be €23.463,36gross for the first two years and €54.662,00for the third and fourth years.SIX.

Evaluation and selection of candidatesThe selection process will be competitive, the curricular merits of the candidates being assessed by the Evaluating Committee and, where appropriate, one or more interviews will be conducted.Individual merits will be assessed in accordance with the scale set out in the annex to the call for applications.
Merits that have not been documented before the deadline for submitting applications will be rated at 0 points in the competition results.
Additionally, the three candidates with the highest scores will move on to the interview stage.On completion of the selection process, each applicant will be notified by e-mail of how they were ranked, the list of candidates will be drawn up in order according to the ranking and the recruitment proposal will be made.The Evaluating Committee may declare the selection process void if, having assessed the merits and, where appropriate, conducted the interviews, the profile of the best-scored candidates does not fully match the profile of the post and the needs of the project.The ordered list of candidates resulting from this selection process will remain in force for the duration of the call for applications.
Applicants will be called up in the order of the list.The Evaluating Committee shall be appointed by the Dean of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences and shall consist of four members, being the representatives of the Council of UNINPSI and of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences:President.
Director of UNINPSI, or a representative of UNINPSI.Member 1.
Director of the Department of Psychology of the faculty, or a representative thereof.Member 2.
Faculty doctoral coordinator, or a representative of the faculty.Secretary.
UNINPSI Research Coordinator or a representative of UNINPSI.All members of the Committee shall complete a declaration of absence of conflict of interest, which shall be attached to the minutes of the constitution of theCommittee.The Committee shall reach a decision any potential doubts arising from the application of these rules, and about any cases of unforeseen eventualities.NINE.
Conditions of use of the contractStudents who are awarded one of the vacant places will have the following rights and obligations:a) Rights :To be assigned with a tutor, who will be in charge of the doctoral student's tasks.Clinical supervision during the period of the pre-doctoral contract.The relevant financial compensation.Right to extend the contract for justified interruptions (medical leave, paternity-maternity leave, etc.
)b) Obligations:To be enrolled full-time in the Faculty's doctoral programme and meet the requirements of the programme.To carry out work in health psychology associated with the enjoyment of the pre-doctoral contract.To complete research tasks, reflected in the publication of articles in journals of impact (at least one article per year).Comply with the specific conditions set out in the University's regulations.Maintain confidentiality of the information to which it has access, signing a confidentiality agreement where required.TEN.

The Vice-Chancellor may provisionally suspend the financial endowment of the scholarship.ELEVEN.
ResignationResignations prior to the concluding of the contract, if they occur, must be justified and their receipt confirmed by the person in charge of the centre.
Once the contract has been concluded, if the selected person is not interested in continuing, he/she must give notice of voluntary departure at least 15 days before the effective date of departure.TWELVE.
IncompatibilitiesThe contract is exclusive and full-time, and is therefore incompatible with any other type of support or contract.In addition, the beneficiaries will sign a declaration that they are not subject to a regime of incompatibilities that would legally prevent the award of the pre-doctoral contract.
Failure to comply with this statement of responsibility will be grounds for terminating the contract.THIRTEEN.
RecruitmentOn completion of the selection process resulting from this call for applications, the contracts will be drawn up in writing, and the most appropriate contractual modality for the purpose of the contract will be used, from among those in force at the time of formalisation.The start date, in the first semester of the academic year 2025/2026, will be fixed in the contracting proposal, depending on the needs of the projects, and provided that it is administratively feasible.The contract may be terminated for any of the reasons provided for in the Workers' Statute or in other applicable legislation, as well as those set out in the contract itself.FOURTEEN.
