Your Main Tasks
- Provide assistance in recruitment processes and in reviewing job descriptions.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Help update employee databases and assist in onboarding procedures.
- Support the team in handling employee queries, draft internal communications, and help organize events.
- Assist in the organization of training sessions and medical check-ups.
- You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree or Higher Vocational Training program in: HR, Occupational Health & Safety, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- You’re eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Spanish and English.
- You’re able to sign an internship agreement with your university or academic institution.

Elesta is seeking a dedicated and reliable Household Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to our household, ensuring a smooth and organized environment. This role will involve a wide range of tasks, including managing household chores, assisting in meal preparation, and providing hospitality services to ensure the family's comfort.
We are looking for a proactive individual who exhibits strong multitasking skills and a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate should be adaptable, have a positive attitude, and be prepared to accommodate a flexible schedule, including occasional travel with the family.
The candidate must already reside in Barcelona.
Requirements
- Proven experience in household management or personal assistance
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to cook and willingness to learn new culinary skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Educational background in Hospitality, Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus
- Preparing, serving, and presenting meals, snacks, tea, canapés, cocktails, and other food and beverage items
- Managing the household, including planning and overseeing regular services and deliveries.
- Handling correspondence (visiting post offices, processing returns, receiving deliveries).
- Keeping records and conducting inventory of household purchases.
- Assisting with packing and unpacking parcels.
- Organizing and managing household supplies, closets, and storage areas.
- Greeting and welcoming all guests to the home.
- Running errands, grocery shopping, placing online orders, etc.
- Acting as a point of contact in emergencies, inspecting and securing the property, informing management, security services, and law enforcement.

- Fédérer des réseaux (scientifiques, thématiques) pour impulser des nouvelles idées.
- Produire des contenus de référence : articles, revues, études, analyses.
- Organiser des événements marquants : colloques, tables rondes, ateliers collaboratifs.
- Piloter des projets impactants : rapports, études d’impact social, initiatives européennes.
- Plaider pour une meilleure intégration des enjeux sociétaux auprès des décideurs publics et privés.
En lien étroit avec le directeur général de l’association, vous l’accompagnerez au quotidien pour :
- Assister aux réunions et rédiger des comptes-rendus.
- Gérer la planification des déplacements et des rendez-vous.
- Prendre contact et solliciter les partenaires afin de soutenir les actions de développement qui seront entreprises.
- Contribuer à l’organisation d’événements tels que des colloques, des tables rondes et des ateliers.
- Seconder le directeur sur les opérations de suivi comptable.
- Entretenir les bonnes relations entre les organes de direction et les équipes (bureau, conseil d’administration et salariés).
Votre formation supérieure en gestion administrative (bac +2 ou plus) vous a permis de développer des compétences organisationnelles et techniques nécessaire à l’appui d’un poste de direction. Ce faisant, vous faites preuve d’une très bonne aisance rédactionnelle, d’une capacité d’écoute et de synthèse qui vous permettent d’être réactif et de répondre aux missions qui vous sont données.
Savoir-faire
- Capacité à prendre des notes et synthétiser.
- Bonne expression écrite et orale en français.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais (niveau B2).
- Maîtrise de l’espagnol (niveau B2).
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques.
- Maîtrise des bases en comptabilité.
- Sens du relationnel (politesse, bienveillance).
- Esprit d’initiative et autonomie

- Pugnacité.
- Durée : 3 à 6 mois
