¿Cuáles son las funciones principales?
- Apoyo en la revisión de contratos legales entre proveedores y en la gestión de compras.
- Informes de llegadas de producto.
- Realización de viajes al extranjero para visitar proveedores.
- Redacción de comunicados.
- Gestión de envíos nacionales e internacionales por mensajería.
- Gestión administrativa de carácter general.
- Recepción de visitas tanto de clientes como de proveedores.
- Gestión de agenda, citas y reuniones.
- Coordinación de viajes.
Requisitos:
- Grado en ADE o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años desempeñando funciones similares.
- Nivel alto de inglés (C1)
- Nivel medio-alto de excel.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Valorable experiencia en negociación con proveedores.

The role you'll play
We are currently looking for an HR Assistant to join our office in Valencia, Spain to start as soon as possible. In this position you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of HR administration tasks and processes and to develop and grow your hands-on experience. As an HR Assistant, you will be given the opportunity to support and learn from a team of highly skilled and motivated HR Managers.
The team you'll be a part of
You will be joining LanguageWire's dynamic and international HR Legal & Admin team, existing currently of four HR Managers (from Junior to Senior) all based in Valencia, managed by the Head of HR Legal & Admin based in Copenhagen.
You will also work closely with other stakeholders and teams like People & Culture, Finance, IT Support, hiring leaders, external payroll providers, external legal advisors, etc.

- Assisting our HR managers with various administration tasks, including updating employment records in relation to hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations received from the various regions where LanguageWire is based to ensure that procedures have been adapted to suit regional requirements.
- Creating access accounts and requesting IT equipment as part of the administration tasks and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Ensuring a smooth employment life cycle completing the administration steps associated with pre-boarding, on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
- Maintaining and updating HR platforms and databases with employee information and generating HR reports as needed.
- Collaborating on ad-hoc HR projects, including data collection, research, and preparation of presentations.
- Preparing and submitting contracts and letters for employees.
- Writing and updating documentations on LW Wiki site - HR's knowledge hub to organise internal information on HR topics across the different regions.
- You master our HR Systems with excellence
- Our employees have an updated HR record with all relevant contracts, addendums, etc. in place
- You have been a major admin support for the HR Team, where your colleagues feel they can rely on you in assisting HR operations across countries The HR administration is fully cleaned up and up to date
- You gained experience with most of the HR processes

What You'll Need To Bring
- You have experience with administration.
- You have computer literacy (MS Office, in particular).
- You have an eye for detail, aesthetics and never compromise on quality with a continuously high execution.
- You are fluent in English.
- You need to be brought up to speed quickly so it is important that you are a fast learner.
- You have excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
- You have experience with an HR system, like SAGE.
- You have experience with administrative tasks related to HR.
- You have solid language skills in e.g. German, French or one of the Nordic languages.
