Bioworld International (BWI), based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, is part of the global Bioworld Corp. group headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Since partnering in 2014, we have become a leading specialist in brand management, design, manufacture, sales and distribution of the world’s greatest licensed entertainment brands.
With over 120 designers across offices in the USA, UK, Canada, China and India, we bring innovative apparel, sleepwear, headwear, bags and accessories to retail partners worldwide. Our creative expertise and strong relationships make us the most trusted partner in our industry, delivering consistent success to brands and retailers at every level of distribution.
BWI shares its UK site with NJ Screen Prints Ltd, the country’s leading high-volume garment screen printer. Together, both businesses are committed to cutting-edge design, quality, and customer service.
To support our continued growth, we are seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager – Iberia to join our European sales team. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in licensed apparel and accessories sales, with strong relationships in the Spanish retail market. While the role covers Spain broadly, it is best suited to candidates located in or within practical commuting distance of A Coruña (northern Spain), as this provides the most effective base for the role. Please note that relocation support is not available.
Skills & Competencies
We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional who can combine strong account management skills with the ability to build lasting partnerships. The successful candidate will bring:
- Fluency in Spanish (business level) and excellent spoken and written English.
- A proven history of winning new business, growing existing accounts, and reactivating dormant opportunities in apparel, accessories, retail, or licensing.
- Confidence and credibility when engaging with buyers and key decision makers, plus the ability to develop effective communication channels across internal and external stakeholders.
- Numerate, analytical, and able to interpret data to support decision-making and sales strategy.
- Able to manage your own diary, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Practical experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- A compelling presentation style that influences and delivers results.
- Energetic, ambitious, and design-focused, with a clear commitment to customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales targets.
This role reports to the Head of Sales – Europe (based in Spain) and will involve occasional travel to meetings across Europe and the UK. If you have the relevant experience and possess the drive and ambition to deliver this exciting role, apply by sending your CV.
NJ and BWI are equal opportunities employers.
