Responsibilities

You will support Asset (SPV, Special Purpose Vehicle) Managers on a daily basis.

You will assist in the Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification and posting in SAP.

You will provide support for treasury-related tasks, maintain documentation, translate materials, and handle Excel and ad-hoc tasks with the Iberia Finance Team

You will help secure necessary funds through borrowing from financial institutions, and by issuing bonds or stocks, at minimal cost and in a timely manner.

You will contribute to improving processes for the management and utilization of the company's funds, execute required internal and external payments, and manage surplus and investment funds.

You have graduated in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant fields, with no more than 3 years having passed since graduation

Prior knowledge of the Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing, is a plus.

You like to work in a team and enjoy solving challenges together

Your strengths include a systematic, analytical way of thinking as well as goal orientation

You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.

SAP skills are desirable

You are business fluent in both Spanish and English language

We are looking for engineers to support the development and integration of electrical machines (e.g. generators) for future A/C platforms capable of dealing with the challenges of both classical and hybrid propulsion systems.

The job requires interactions with a large community of stakeholders: Program, flight and lab tests, supply chain, system installation, airframe, quality, procurement, certification, chief engineering, other aircraft systems and subcontractors, etc.

Your role will be to collaborate in the following activities:

• Support development of electrical machines for aeronautical applications.
• Support integration of an electrical machine in an engine environment considering its constraints (cooling, lubrication, installation, vibration, etc).
• Ensure compliance with design standards of safety, cost, quality, time, performance and maturity.
• Support design trades and evaluate electrical machine topologies and the underlying technology bricks focusing. on maturation and implementation capabilities.
• End to end Supplier follow-up during the entire development cycle.
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in Aeronautical/Electrical Engineering or related.
• Proven experience in electrical machine integration (mechanical and electrical).
• Proven experience of system engineering processes, V&V, supplier and project management.
• Experience in electrical machine control and protection strategies.
• Experience on thermal and lubrication management of electrical machines.
• Strong relationship building, networking and communication skills.
• High degree of initiative, integrity, confidentiality and trust.
• Languages: Negotiation level of English.
