A Snapshot of Your Day

Join Siemens Energy as a Product Manager with a strong focus on Wind Power and SCADA systems, where you act as the key link between business needs and agile development teams. Ideally, you have knowledge from the energy sector - maybe you even have a hands-on understanding of how wind farm operators work and the daily challenges they face, translating this into scalable and maintainable digital solutions. You operate across both strategic and operational levels – shaping product direction while working closely with teams to ensure efficient delivery. Your soft skills are strong and you know how to navigate having many different stakeholders in a dynamic environment, as well as manage both upwards, sideways and downwards. You are the type of person that takes ownership, and with a pragmatic mindset, you balance innovation, cost awareness, and technical feasibility to deliver competitive solutions that create real business value.
