💻 ¿Qué perfil estamos buscando?

• 5+ años de experiencia como Product Manager o similar, con foco en productos de IA, machine learning o ciencia de datos.
• Conocimiento sólido de metodologías ágiles y experiencia en la gestión de backlog y el roadmap.
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y coordinando con stakeholders internacionales.
• Se requiere un alto nivel de inglés, ya que trabajarás con equipos internacionales.

Necesitamos incorporar a un/a Product Manager proyecto DIGI TV que desarrollará las siguientes funciones:

• Actuar como embajador de DIGI TV dentro de la empresa.
• Definir la estrategia y la hoja de ruta del servicio.
• Coordinar, planificar, garantizar el desarrollo y go to market de DIGI TV.
• Generar ideas y oportunidades que cubran las necesidades de los clientes.
• Escribir requerimientos y especificaciones detalladas y priorizadas que sirvan a departamentos técnicos (Software / Ingeniería) en sus desarrollos, para que la comercialización del servicio sea viable y para la implementación de nuevas funcionalidades.
• Garantizar el ciclo de vida de los clientes de DIGI TV.
• Organizar y planificar todo el soporte necesario para el lanzamiento de evolutivos y mejoras del servicio.
• Colaborar con el Departamento de Marketing en el posicionamiento del producto y desarrollo campañas a clientes y en punto de venta.
• Documentar y compartir con equipos de atención a cliente y ventas la información necesaria para el desempeño de sus funciones.
• Seguimiento a las ventas del producto, gestión de las incidencias, reclamaciones.
• Supervisión de los parámetros del servicio para cumplir con estándares y compromisos de calidad con clientes y proveedores.
• Colaborar con otras áreas de la empresa para que puedan realizar sus tareas en relación al servicio

Requisitos:

• Formación: ADE / Marketing / Económicas / Ingeniería o cualquier otra titulación, siempre y cuando se aporte experiencia en la mayoría de las funciones requeridas.
• Coordinación interdepartamental de tareas.
• Experiencia en marketing de producto y/o gestión de proyectos.
• Realización de presupuestos, previsiones, presentaciones e informes.
• Definición y lanzamiento de productos y/o servicios.
• Habilidades organizativas, de planificación y analíticas.
• Nivel medio/alto de inglés, apto para desenvolverse en reuniones.
• Nivel medio de Suite MS Office.
• Usuario habitual de plataformas de streaming.
• Conocimiento del mercado de la TV en España: TDT, Pay TV, VOD, FAST, Operadoras de telecomunicaciones con oferta de TV, plataformas OTT, etc.

¿Qué harás?

• Liderar la gestión de proyectos digitales de principio a fin, asegurando que las iniciativas cumplan objetivos de negocio y experiencia cliente. 
• Investigar y analizar el mercado para identificar oportunidades estratégicas en procesos de captación digital.
• Identificar nuevas iniciativas, generar hipótesis de impacto esperado y business case. En base a ello, planificar los proyectos a corto, medio y largo plazo teniendo también la complejidad técnica y los recursos disponibles. 
• Trabajar junto con el equipo de diseño en la experiencia de los procesos digitales. Realizar la definición funcional de los requerimientos, casos de uso y seguimiento en el despliegue de iniciativas junto con los equipos técnicos. 
• Monitorizar el impacto de las iniciativas lanzadas y proponer nuevos proyectos basados en resultados obtenidos y el feedback de clientes/usuarios. 
• Gestionar el backlog y la relación con los distintos stakeholders de la entidad, asegurando que los proyectos y las prioridades están alineadas con la estrategia general de la empresa. 
   

Requisitos mínimos

 

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia laboral, incluyendo roles de desarrollo de negocio o gestión de producto, idealmente con exposición a productos digitales o tech companies. 
• Se valorará experiencia en proyectos vinculados a la captación y vinculación digital de nuevos clientes. 
• Licenciatura o Master en administración de empresas, marketing, STEM o área similar.

This role encompasses product leadership and go-to-market strategy, ensuring that the product vision is translated into actionable plans and successful market launches. Our product managers are technology professionals with a software engineering background who strive to become business executives and entrepreneurs. We discuss strategy, plan product development, drive engagement, and promote the open source way. We oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery, blending technical expertise, strategic thinking, analytics, project management skills and effective communication to ensure products meet both user needs and business objectives.

Location: This role will be based remotely in the EMEA region.

The role entails

• Lead the product development lifecycle, reviewing the priorities and goals for your product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Address common challenges across projects, align on priorities, enable informed decisions, and keep business execution on track.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Communicate your product vision, status updates, and key decisions to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Conduct usability testing, analyse user feedback, and iterate on the product to improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, create product documentation, and provide training.
• Contribute to the success of our sales team in winning new opportunities, reviewing customer feedback and participating in customer meetings.
  
  

What we are looking for in you

• Exceptional academic results at high school and university
• Understanding of Linux and the wider open source software community
• Understanding of computer architecture, application development, data centers, cloud or devices
• Passion to write about technologies and the tech landscape

• Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written

• Familiarity with a particular verticals (e.g. Telco, Finance, Industrial, Automotive)
• Familiarity with the technology ecosystem including Silicon, IHV, ISV, ODM/OEMs, cloud service providers and channel
• Familiarity with cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker containers & Snaps
• Familiarity with embedded and connected device technology and ecosystems
• Familiarity with networking technologies - ethernet, IPv4 and IPv6, routing, firewalling, overlays such as OVN/OVS, VPNs, SR-IOV, Infiniband
• Familiarity with Linux containerization and virtualization, including LXD and docker
• Familiarity with low latency streaming infrastructures, GPU architectures, and cloud gaming technologies
