This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to understand how multi-market digital campaigns are actually managed behind the scenes.
What You'll Actually Do
As a Client Account Manager , you will oversee end-to-end client projects, ensuring outstanding delivery, smooth communication, and strategic coordination across markets.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Understanding client needs and translating them into actionable project plans
Setting project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
Preparing briefs, campaign documentation, and status updates
Reviewing content and campaign materials prior to launch
Ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards
Monitoring performance of ongoing deliverables
Overseeing community communication flows
Coordinating content localization across different markets
Leading internal teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring clarity and alignment
Providing proactive solutions when challenges arise
This Role Is For Someone Who
Notices small inaccuracies and fixes them before they escalate
Thrives in structured, well-organized environments
Takes ownership and drives projects forward
Communicates clearly and confidently with both clients and team members
What We're Looking For
Strong English + Italian writing and communication skills
Proven experience in account management or digital project coordination
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders
Comfortable working fully remotely
Curiosity for digital marketing, community building, and brand strategy
A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Descripción
Funciones:
- Responsable de producción de distintos proyectos.
- Elaborará briefings para todas las partes implicadas y establecerá fechas de entrega y timings.
- Coordinar a creativos, productores, proveedores asociados a proyectos, etc.
- Supervisará el desarrollo y la ejecución de creación de piezas artísticas y de producción en general.
- Gestionará los tiempos de producción de forma global.
- Elaborará las presentaciones en función del briefing de cliente, trabajando en equipo con el departamento creativo.
- Mantendrá la comunicación con el cliente atendiendo en todo momento sus necesidades.
- Aportará valor y fórmulas de mejora en la gestión y optimización de los proyectos.
- Elaborará informes, briefs y cierres de proyecto de forma rigurosa y contrastada.
- Buscará y analizará nuevas tendencias e iniciativas para mejorar la calidad de los proyectos.
- Gestión de proyectos y seguimiento financiero.
- Reportará directamente a la Directora de Cuentas.
