Descripción
La posición de Sales Executive en Cataluña es crítica para continuar nuestro crecimiento. Te unirás a uno de los equipos de ventas más exitosos de SCC, que ha conseguido importantes clientes para SCC, logrando grandes éxitos. En esta función, serás responsable de la identificación, el desarrollo y el cierre de oportunidades en la delegación.
Buscamos una persona con habilidades de hunter con experiencia grandes y medianas cuentas del sector privado. Tendrás la misión de hacer crecer este sector trabajando conjuntamente con un equipo altamente reconocido en el sector.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar un plan comercial para llegar a clientes clave.
- Trabajar en equipo con el equipo preventa para crear mensajes de ventas conjuntos.
- Desarrollar relaciones a diferentes niveles dentro de los clientes clave.
- Identificar, cualificar y desarrollar oportunidades y liderarlas a través de todo el ciclo de ventas.
- Desarrollar, mantener y gestionar un pipeline de ventas sólido con previsiones precisas.
- Negociar acuerdos favorables para la compañía que permitan la relación de largo plazo con los clientes.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones con proveedores clave que permitan el desarrollo de negocio en los clientes.
- Lograr y superar el objetivo de margen anual.
Aptitudes y cualificaciones
Al menos 10 años de experiencia en integrador de TI, telco o fabricante, vendiendo soluciones y servicios de TI a grandes y medianas corporaciones.
Espíritu ambicioso en busca de éxito y logro de objetivos.
Experiencia vendiendo Servicios Gestionados de TI de al menos 5 años.
Experiencia de al menos 5 años del sector privado de grandes y medianas cuentas en Cataluña.
Capaz de acceder a diferentes roles dentro de los clientes y mantener reuniones con personas clave.
Alta capacidad de negociación con clientes.
Experiencia vendiendo a nivel ejecutivo.
Habilidades de venta consultiva para poner en valor los beneficios de los servicios y soluciones de SCC.
Clara orientación hacia la venta de servicios gestionados.
Visión global de las cuentas para la realización de venta cruzada.
Habilidades para construir relaciones de larga duración con interlocutores clave.
Alta capacidad de networking interno y externo para conseguir alinear al equipo hacia los objetivos de venta.

Objetivos

- Expansión de Cuentas: ampliar estratégicamente las cuentas de los clientes existentes identificando y aprovechando las oportunidades de venta cruzada y de aumento de ventas.

Ventas y crecimiento de las cuentas
- Alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas asignados para los programas de habilidades de comunicación trimestral y anualmente.
- Desarrollo de cuentas: ampliar las cuentas de clientes existentes a través de esfuerzos exitosos de venta cruzada.
- Prospección de ventas: Identificar y prospectar nuevas filiales o contactos dentro de las organizaciones de clientes existentes para ampliar el alcance y la influencia de nuestros programas de habilidades de comunicación.

Your Opportunity
As an Account Manager within our sales team, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the B2B market. The primary focus is on achieving sales objectives, identifying new opportunities within the client portfolio, strategically growing client accounts, and ensuring client renewals and loyalty.
Expertise Focus: Account Managers oversee clients with a medium and large-sized target range. These clients are likely established organizations that understand the importance of communication in their operations. The focus is on delivering tailored communication solutions to meet the specific needs of clients in this spending category. Account Managers showcase a higher level of expertise, providing strategic guidance and ensuring that communication solutions align with clients' business objectives.
Your Responsabilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales and contribute to the company's financial success by exceeding revenue targets and increasing client spend.
- Account Expansion: Strategically expand existing client accounts by identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Client Retention and Loyalty: Develop strategies to ensure client renewals, promote repetitive business, and foster long-term client loyalty. Aim for efficient and timely renewal processes to enhance overall client satisfaction and maximize retention rates.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for communication skills programs on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Account Development: Expand existing client accounts through successful upselling and cross-selling efforts.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and prospect new subsidiaries or contacts within existing client organizations to expand the reach and influence of our communication skills programs.
- Upselling and Cross-selling Success: Achieve targeted growth in revenue by successfully upselling additional services or new offerings within existing client accounts.
- Renewal Management: Develop strategies and tactics to secure client renewals, including contract negotiations and addressing any concerns or issues raised by clients.
- Account Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to effectively penetrate key accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client renewals and loyalty.
- Client Satisfaction and Loyalty: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering long-term client loyalty.
- Account Knowledge and Segmentation: Achieve a comprehensive understanding of your client accounts, including their organizational structure, decision-making systems, international presence in the market, and other relevant information. Actively work to keep client segmentation up to date.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and conduct negotiations with clients to secure upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM software, ensuring proper tracking and forecasting of sales opportunities.
- Market Insights: Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' offerings. Provide insights and recommendations to other sales team members and Management.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, including pipeline updates and revenue forecasts, to the Regional Head of Sales.
- Collaboration with Client Success Manager: Collaborate closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, fostering successful program adoption and client satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the sales team by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and success stories. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales operations and product development, to align strategies and leverage resources.
We welcome professionals with experience in sales, account management and strategic account development. You'll have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with sales achievements in negotiating and closing deals. Effective communication skills and ability to articulate value propositions. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and CRM systems is required familiar with CRM Gong.
In regards to languages, it is essential to have an Advanced level of English, Valencian and/or Catalan as well as a native level of Spanish.
