Your Impact
- As a Major Account Manager, you will drive and orchestrate large complex sales cycles and work with our internal partners and teams to best serve the customer

Your Experience
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally in a networking and/or security industry - SASE technology is preferred
- Preferred customer sales experience in Industry & Media Market
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
- Technical aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Identifies problems, reviews data, determines the root causes, and provides scalable solutions
- Cultivate relationships with our channel partners to bring channel-centric go-to-market approach for our customers

The successful candidate will:

Key Responsibilities

- Después de una formación adecuada, plena responsabilidad de la venta de productos de Sensores & Seguridad y Visión Artificial, y Escáneres fijos Industriales y Marcado Láser en el área definida del Centro.
- Gestión exitosa de la base de clientes existente y adquisición de nuevos clientes;
- Construcción de relaciones a largo plazo con los socios actuales y promoción de los productos de Visión Artificial, Sensores & Seguridad y Escáneres Industriales Estacionarios y Marcado Láser a nuevos socios;
- Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas para el territorio de ventas definido;
- Gestionar contratos y paquetes de beneficios;
- Gestionar el plan de cuentas, realizar visitas, gestionar excepciones de precios, gestionar la previsión de ventas, monitoreo de ventas y KPIs;
- Identificar las necesidades de solicitudes de productos especiales (SPR), involucrando a la comunidad técnica de Datasensing y Datalogic y priorizando las actividades de soporte técnico al cliente;
- Participación en el desarrollo de estrategias de ventas;
- Preparación y realización de presentaciones en las instalaciones del cliente;
- Viajar el 50% del tiempo.
- Education: Título de licenciatura o máster en Ingeniería
- Languages: Español e Inglés (comunicación fluida tanto escrita como verbal)
- Experience: Al menos 5 años de experiencia laboral con productos de Sensores, Sistemas de Visión, Seguridad, Escáneres Industriales Estacionarios y Marcado Láser, o en el campo de la Automatización Industrial.

Tareas y requerimientos
En Dentsu Madrid estamos buscando un Digital Account Manager. El propósito de esta función es gestionar un equipo y prestar apoyo directo a los equipos de entrega y a sus clientes proporcionando apoyo operacional a uno o más elementos del ciclo de vida de los clientes de principio a fin, desde la incorporación hasta la salida, así como la coordinación de campañas, el mantenimiento de presupuestos, la presentación de informes y la auditoría.
- Respalda los plazos de las campañas y presta apoyo operativo en coordinación con socios internos y externos para garantizar que los materiales adecuados se reciban y/o distribuyan correctamente y cumplan o superen las especificaciones y expectativas de calidad del cliente.
- Establece y mantiene relaciones con el departamento de Media Operations y con socios clave de todas las Media Brands.
- Colabora con los miembros del equipo y la dirección, en la aplicación de mejoras continuas relacionadas con la entrega a clientes y campañas para que el proceso sea más eficaz para los clientes y las empresas.
- Elabora informes sobre el rendimiento de los clientes extrayendo y consolidando datos en plantillas de informes acordadas.
Requisitos
- 4 años de experiencia en planificación de campañas digitales.
- Nivel alto de excel
- Fluidez en inglés y español.
