The Role:

This is not just a job. It’s a chance to be part of a fast-moving team producing multiple TV and film projects every year projects that matter, projects that reach wide audiences. As a Producer, you’ll be the glue holding it all together, making sure nothing falls through the cracks while driving creativity and quality forward.

What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end production management: from initial planning to the final cut.
• Leading production teams with clarity and confidence — managing schedules, budgets, and all the moving parts.
• Collaborating with directors, writers, creatives, and clients to shape stories that resonate.
• Building and nurturing relationships with distributors and industry partners to open doors and maximize impact.
• Anticipating challenges and solving problems before they slow us down.
• Staying flexible and calm under pressure, while pushing every project to the highest standard.

Who You Are:

• You have solid experience in mid-level TV and film production you know what it takes to get things done, on time and on budget.
• You come with a strong network of distributors and industry contacts, or at least the hunger to build one fast.
• You live in Valencia or are ready to relocate to local knowledge and connection matters.
• You’re a hardworking, ambitious, and growth-minded professional who doesn’t settle for good enough.
• You communicate, lead with purpose, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• You’re ready to step up, take ownership, and grow with a team that values bold ideas and real results.
