✒¿Cuál será tu misión?
Desarrollar conceptos visuales creativos para campañas de marca, alineados con la identidad visual y los objetivos comerciales.
Liderar el proceso de producción de principio a fin: desde la planificación hasta la ejecución, asegurando calidad, cumplimiento de plazos y control de presupuesto.
Supervisar la puesta en escena completa: escenografía, iluminación, locaciones, vestuario, y todos los elementos clave para que la visión creativa se materialice con precisión.
Gestionar proveedores y colaboradores (fotógrafos, estilistas, modelos, maquilladores, etc.), negociando contratos y asegurando excelencia dentro de los márgenes establecidos.
Coordinar la logística completa de la producción, incluyendo transporte de prendas, equipos y materiales, así como permisos y aspectos legales necesarios para cada rodaje.
Investigar tendencias, aplicándolas en propuestas creativas relevantes que mantengan a la marca a la vanguardia.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a Fashion Producer Intern to join our dynamic team! This is a unique opportunity to support our Brand Production team across e-commerce shoots, flat lays, studio logistics, castings, and external content management. This is a hands-on role that will give you insight into the full lifecycle of content production for a fashion brand — from pre-production to post-shoot logistics.

YOUR CHALLENGE
- Support the production team with sample preparation, on-set assistance, and styling coordination during shootings.
- Help manage and organize the studio closet, including dry cleaning, restocking, and occasional shopping.
- Upload and update visual content across platforms like Shopify, Cloudinary, and Drive.
- Assist during face-to-face castings, coordinating with agencies and organizing visual materials.
- Create and maintain essential documents such as call sheets, production calendars, and casting files.
- Help bring creative ideas to life for both campaigns and e-commerce projects.
- Track timelines, budgets, and logistics, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Actively contribute in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas and solutions to improve creative output.
- Are currently studying or recently graduated in Fashion, Communication, Audiovisual Production, or a related field.

This role is driving our product teams forward ensuring they have everything they need in order to deliver. From maintaining our road map in collaboration with our management team and other stakeholders, to facilitating the agile ceremonies the teams require in order to get the best from them.
As a Producer, you are the go to person for the organisation to get an understanding of what is going to be released in our next version and when, grooming the product backlog and ensuring each element has the appropriate supporting documentation, removing ambiguity from the delivery team.
You are the expert in agile methodologies and how to apply them based on the needs of the product and the people you work with, while always striving for better ways to unlock further potential.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate With Design And Engineering Teams To Define And Improve Our Product
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. CEO, CTO, other Producers, Tech Leads etc.) to manage requirements, development, and maintenance of technical initiatives.
- Liaise with internal (e.g. Partner Managers and external stakeholders e.g. Partners) in establishing and workshopping future requirements.
- Establish buy-in of proposed improvements from key product stakeholders.
Own the Product Backlog And Prioritise The Roadmap
- Take ownership of the platform and relevant workstream product backlog, grooming and prioritising according to the business’ and our partner’s needs.
- Ensure prioritised improvements have the appropriate level of supporting documentation and design input.
- Guide and support product designers by providing clear feedback and creating opportunities for learning and growth
Optimise Team Engagement And Efficiency
- Identify and communicate all roadblocks or bottlenecks that may prevent the team from delivering.
- Run the relevant ceremonies to empower our teams to maximise their delivery potential, maintaining or improving their velocity.
- Provide support to our other teams where identified improvements can be made to the delivery processes.
Ensure Scalable Growth and Effective Execution
- Work closely with leadership teams to identify the needs of a growing business and the increasing demand on our development, design, and release management teams.
- Provide data to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverable requirements are realistic and achievable.
- Conduct the necessary scoping and pre-dev sessions as well as any other related partner workshops.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a senior B2B or B2C product ownership position (Product Lead, Product Manager, Project Manager).
- Prior experience working in the iGaming industry.
- Strong background and experience in facilitation and leadership within a scrum organization.
- Track record of successful project planning execution driving the timely delivery of quality projects.
- Skilled communicator, with experience in conveying complex concepts using the appropriate tools to C-level and internal teams as well as external stakeholders.

We're Camping, a small-but-mighty video agency based in Barcelona, and we're searching for a talented Youtube Video Content Producer & Writer with exceptional English skills to join our creative team.
We need someone who can develop, script, and potentially host an entertaining and insightful video show on digital marketing.
You'll be curating topics, writing compelling scripts, conducting interviews, and serving as an on-camera presenter with personality and authority.
The ideal candidate brings native or equivalent English proficiency, experience in journalism and video content creation, and comfortable being on camera.
You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy our passion to transform "boring" topics into content that educates and entertains.
We offer a 4-day workweek (Fridays off!), flexible working arrangements, and a collaborative environment that values creativity and autonomy.
While most of our team works hybrid, this role requires a regular presence in our Barcelona office, especially for filming days. The salary range is between €35,000 and 40,000 gross EUR.

Como miembro del equipo de tecnología creativa, darás soporte de forma activa a todas las iniciativas relacionadas con el diseño y desarrollo de nuestras soluciones tecnológicas en clientes reales; desde la fase de estrategia y diseño, hasta la fase de desarrollo y activación en el mercado; trabajando de la mano a mano de un equipo multidisciplinar de negocio, desarrollo, diseño y marketing.
En un formato presencial en nuestra oficinas en el centro de Madrid al lado del Retiro.
→ Tu Rol
- Liderar la conceptualización y ejecución de piezas visuales y narrativas utilizando herramientas de AI generativa (imágenes, video, texto, voz).
- Producir contenidos, conceptos, referencias y mockups empleando herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial generativa como MidJourney, Flux o Stable Diffusion.
- Diseñar y optimizar prompts avanzados para obtener resultados consistentes y alineados con los objetivos del proyecto.
- Diseñar, construir y testar workflows en entornos como ComfyUI, Automatic1111, InvokeAI u otras herramientas para generación de imágenes y video.
- Desarrollar e integrar modelos personalizados (Checkpoints, LoRA, Textual Inversion, ControlNet, etc.) para obtener outputs específicos y alineados con los objetivos creativos del proyecto.
- Colaborar con diseñadores, desarrolladores y estrategas para prototipar productos, experiencias o campañas basadas en AI generativa.
- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias actuales en diseño y la IA Generativa y aplicarlas de manera efectiva en los proyectos.

Requeridos:

- Espíritu emprendedor y de crecimiento, proactividad, compromiso y ganas de aprender.
- Habilidades en el uso de herramientas de diseño, principalmente paquete Adobe y Figma.
- Atención al detalle.
