The Opportunity
Are you a Studio Coordinator / Producer based in Barcelona who understands the world of shoot production and e-commerce? If so, then we have an amazing opportunity available.
As a Producer / Studio Coordinator for one of the biggest global clients, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day production and administration of the imaging (video / photography) studios
- Booking talent to work at the studios on a week-to-week basis
- Onboarding new talents to work in the studios
- Producing call sheets for the booked talent
- Managing the schedules
- Ensuring best value is secured by developing relationships with external partners
You will be working closely with a Senior Producer and all the various creatives to deliver a best in service studio operations.
A good level of English is a must and experience working in a busy studios is looked upon favourably. Also good experience with budget management and Excel are important.

Role Mission
As an Event Producer at SAMY, you will be responsible for creating and executing impactful, culture-driven experiences that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. You will transform strategic insights and client objectives into innovative event concepts and seamless productions across live, hybrid, and social-first environments. Working closely with strategy, account, creative, and production teams, you will deliver high-quality experiences that are culturally relevant, operationally flawless, and designed to drive engagement, brand impact, and audience connection.
Key Responsibilities
- independently create project planning
- monitor the project budget and make decisions appropriate for the budget
- compose the best possible team for every shoot day, both payroll and freelance
- make sure the production is executed in a timely and smooth manner (e.g. by
- attending shoot days)
- continuously check on project progress (both on timing and budget) and
- communicate (both internally and externally) about this progress
- check on quality of produced content and when needed check whether the
- content is in line with the creative concept
- build up your knowledge regarding (technical) skills, latest trends and features
- simultaneously manage and coordinate multiple projects
- continuously improve the project: implement previous learnings and come up
- with ways to further develop the projects
- give guidance to interns and juniors regarding day-to-day tasks
Skills And Experience
- Extensive experience (+/-5 years) in event production, experiential marketing, or live brand activations, preferably within an agency or creative environment.
- Experience managing timelines, production logistics, suppliers, and budgets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple productions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with clients, suppliers, talent, and internal teams.
- Good understanding of social, cultural, and experiential trends to help create engaging brand experiences.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilities:
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of special actions, from conceptualisation to final execution.
- Ensure that all projects meet creative, budget and time targets
- Act as the main point of contact between client, creative teams, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, including designers, associate producers, technicians and freelancers
- Create and manage detailed budgets for special actions, ensuring value for money and cost compliance
- Negotiate with suppliers and contract external services as required
- Manage permits, contracts and legal aspects necessary to implement projects in specific locations or unconventional contexts
- Oversee installation, assembly and disassembly of production elements
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop unique concepts that surprise and connect with audiences
- Explore new technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions for special actions
- Identify potential risks during the development and execution of the actions, proposing preventive and corrective solutions
- Monitor the impact of special actions, collecting key data and reporting to the client
- Incorporate learnings to optimise future projects

- Experience of +5 years in advertising production in special action projects, preferably in creative agencies or production studios.
- Experience leading projects and with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of emerging technologies applied to brand experiences, such as augmented reality, virtual reality and interactive activations
