Objetivo:

Atender a los/las menores y adolescentes en materia jurídica, proporcionando información y asesoramiento en relación con el procedimiento de protección internacional, el estatuto de apátrida y otras consultas relacionadas con extranjería. Funciones Principales:

• Ofrecer asesoramiento jurídico y asistencia legal en el procedimiento de protección internacional y apatridia, tanto en vía administrativa como judicial
• Tramitar y realizar seguimiento de los expedientes de protección internacional y apatridia, incluida la elaboración de escritos jurídicos necesarios para ello
• Mantener la interlocución con autoridades competentes en la tramitación de los expedientes administrativos y/o judiciales.
• Realizar propuestas y programación de los talleres de información y asesoramiento jurídico.
• Hacer seguimiento, acompañamiento y reporte de información de los/ las menores y adolescentes migrantes atendidas de forma individual y grupal.
• Actualizar los registros en la base de datos interna de CEARNET y cualquier otra base de datos dependiente de la gestión del programa.
• Elaborar informes, memorias, adaptaciones, propuestas de mejora del programa y del área.
• Gestionar el área administrativa y documental del centro, con relación a su ámbito
• Impartir formaciones internas y externas en ámbito jurídico de protección internacional y apatridia
• Orientar y acompañar al personal voluntario y/o de prácticas adscrito al área

Job Summary

The Global Rewards Specialist support the Global Rewards COE, focused on the operational tasks, data preparation/management, reporting and tracker of all the projects to be developed by Global Rewards. She/He also provide to the different Regions, the support and guidance needed in all the tasks requested by Global Rewards, being a value and trustable member for their reference.

Job Responsibilities:

• Job Architecture: Support Global Rewards team assuring the Job Architecture is applied consistently in all Regions/Countries, support local teams with any change on Job Architecture structure, make maintenance tasks for Job Architecture, identify possible misalignments and solve them.
• Global Benefits: Support Global Rewards team with the Global Benefits Management project, assuring the correct development of the project, collect the information needed for reporting purposes, follow-up with Countries the tasks needed, address any question or comment from Region/Country responsible.
• Compensation Process: support Global Rewards team in all tasks related to Rewards process, support collecting the required data to conduct the process (salary structures, bonus scheme, organizational structure, etc.), support with communication letter distribution, assure all the deadlines are met by following-up closely with local teams, and others. Conduct detailed market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures. Support during budget process, managing accruals and cost control analysis. Create tools to manage high level of data including bonus calculations, Merit review, accruals, budget, etc.
• HRIS System: support Global Rewards team in the tasks related with the HRIS implementation in each country such as collecting and preparing the required data set, participating in the consolidation and mapping alignment meetings, assure the correct and consistent application of Naming Convention,
• Others: support Global Rewards team in other tasks to be developed within the area ensuring all reward programs comply with local labor laws and company policies and governance.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Required years of experience: (3-5) at least 3-year experience in similar roles or developing finance/audit roles.
• Bachelor Degree – preferably in HR or Finance/Economic areas.
• Experience in project implementation (specially in HRIS systems). Proficiency in compensation, with the ability to leverage technology for data analysis and program management.
• Finance background. Strong ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and interpret complex information.
• Strong Excel (incl. Macros) & Powerpoint skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey reward strategies and policies to employees and stakeholders.
• English fluent; other languages would be valuable
• Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Job Description:

The Medical Liaison Manager is critical enabler role for the execution of the medical strategy in the field of the BU RD, and should:

1. Co-lead with the Iberia Medical Director, core medical affairs initiatives such as congress & publication strategy, symposia, data generation, advisory boards and field-medical material localisation/ training.
2. Support the execution of complex medical/scientific projects and contributes to the achievement of shared objectives.
3. Continuously update his/her skills and knowledge of the therapeutic area, patient treatment trends, clinical trials and scientific activities in the field of DMD.
4. Develop and maintain a national and regional database of key strategic contacts for each relevant product and disease area.

Functions:

• Provision of medical information accurate, unbiased, and balanced and deliver best in class, scientific, educational meetings.
• Maintains an up to date and high-level knowledge of the therapy area & products, new and emerging areas of research, therapeutic issues, and trends.

Essential minimum requirements:

• Scientific, healthcare or medical degree (BSc, MS, PhD, PharmD, RN, MBBS, MB.ChB or equivalent).

Required:

• Advanced Portuguese, English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry desirable in Medical Affairs type role, dealing with hospital products (desirable Rare Diseases).

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Darás soporte al equipo, realizando tramitaciones con el en SEPE (Contrat@ y certificados), realizanción de contratos, altas y bajas de empresa. Bajo supervisión, te responsabilizarás de la tramitación a través de Sistema Red de IT's, altas, bajas, conversiones a indefinido, modificaciones de parcialidad, de ocupación y grupo de cotización. Bajo supervisión realizarás las comunicaciones de accidentes de trabajo y la gestión documental en materia laboral.
