InDesign Illustrator Photoshop

En Xiaomi, estamos buscando un/a Design Intern creativo/a y proactivo/a para unirse a nuestro equipo de Retail. Esta es una oportunidad única para ganar experiencia práctica en el desarrollo de conceptos visuales, diseño de espacios comerciales, exhibiciones y materiales gráficos para puntos de venta.

Responsabilidades:

• Apoyar en el desarrollo de propuestas visuales para tiendas, corners y exhibiciones temporales.
• Colaborar en la creación de presentaciones, moodboards y maquetas digitales.
• Asistir en la producción de materiales gráficos para retail (vinilos, señalética, PLV).
• Participar en sesiones creativas con el equipo de diseño y marketing.
• Investigar tendencias de diseño y benchmarks de la industria.

Requisitos:

• Estudiante o recién graduado/a en Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Industrial, Arquitectura, Diseño de Interiores o carreras afines.
• Manejo de herramientas de diseño como Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Conocimientos básicos en SketchUp, AutoCAD o software de modelado 3D (deseable).
• Creatividad, atención al detalle y ganas de aprender.
• Capacidad de organización y trabajo en equipo.

Responsibilities:

-Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee the daily operation of customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods；

-Database Management: Collect customer reports and maintain data accuracy through consistent tracking；

-Dashboard Management: Update various dashboards daily and analyze data to ensure that all delivery information is communicated smoothly and efficiently；

-Stock Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational figures to maintain a reasonable stock level；

-Allocation: Collaborate with country planners and delivery teams to allocate resources to the requested channels；

-Sample Delivery Fulfillment: Organize and monitor end-to-end sample device delivery；

-Other Assignments: Support the country delivery manager with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

-Able to start in our Madrid office in September for five days per week, for a period of 6 months；

-Proficient in Spanish and Chinese；

-Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel；

-Responsible and has a proactive learning attitude；

-Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels；

-Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date.
