• Play a key role in supervising the Execution SGS/TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring they align with the business goals, and managing resources effectively.
• Lead the team of Project Managers in charge of the Project Execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assure consistence of realized projects with the design received by the Design Team
• Assure correct handover of information to MO Team in charge of operation
• Develop and maintain detailed projects portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
• Track and monitor performance of Projects in execution, assuring adherence to Company’s KPIs , timely advice deviance and plan necessary actions to restore / recover where necessary
• Determine critical requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors

• Education: Engineering Master Degree
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Proven experience managing and developing direct reports
• Proven experience managing and coordinating work groups and resources.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools .
• Familiarity with water treatment technologies Design, Construction, Commissioning and start-up
• Communication skills: English fluent written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Synthesis and pragmatic approach

• The jobholder would functionally report in the Sustainable Grow Organization to the Central Engineering Manager
• The jobholder will coordinate the activities of the Project Managers, that are dedicated to Execute new SGS/TWM solutions for our customers and will report to the jobholder
• The jobholder will assure the proper distribution of the workload inside the team
• The jobholder will assure the proper periodical communication of projects performance both external (to customer) and internal (to senior Management and Divisional Leadership) .
• The Jobholder will follow up the work of the team assuring consistence with Team and Division Goals and respect of KPIs
• The jobholder will monitor the performance of the team and highlight needs and risks to senior management where necessary
• The Jobholder would be home based in Spain
• Preferably The Jobholder has to be familiar with water treatment process technologies (Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, MBR, etc..) and/or wastewater technologies (DAF, flocculation, Biological treatment)
• The Jobholder would have had experience, even if limited, with plant operation & maintenance.
• The Jobholder has to be familiar with engineering drawings (P&ID, mass balance, General Arrangement, data sheets, troubleshooting list, etc..).
• The Job holder will periodically track and follow up Kpis of projects in execution to be consistent with expected financial performance according to Team Goals. He/sh will periodically update senior management
• The Job holder will be familiar with specific tools for project management (Ms Projects or equivalent)

Lo que harás

Como Solar Project Manager, tu misión es clara: entregar nuestros proyectos solares a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con la máxima calidad. Punto.

(Bueno, vale, añadimos un poco más de detalle para que sepas a qué barco te estás subiendo 😉):

• Serás el punto de contacto principal entre nuestros equipos internos (Comercial, Ingeniería y Oficina Técnica), los clientes y los subcontratistas, asegurando que cada proyecto se entrega a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y según las especificaciones.
• Gestionarás calendarios, presupuestos, proveedores y esos encantadores “cambios urgentes” de última hora.
• Traducirás el lenguaje técnico de los ingenieros a un español comprensible para los clientes (y viceversa).
• Controlarás a los subcontratistas y recordarás educadamente que los plazos no son “sugerencias”.
• Coordinarás permisos, inspecciones y los procesos de conexión a red junto con nuestro responsable de Back-office.
• Asegurarás que todos los proyectos cumplan con la normativa española y los estándares de salud y seguridad.

A quién buscamos

Buscamos a alguien que:

• Sea lo suficientemente organizado/a como para manejar una docena de cosas a la vez sin perder el sueño;
• Le gusten los números (presupuestos, previsiones, y quizás alguna hoja de cálculo);
• Tenga motivación propia y sea práctico/a: no te da miedo remangarte;
• Sea resolutivo/a cuando las cosas se tuercen (porque a veces se torcerán);
• Y, siendo sinceros… alguien con alma de bombero/a: apagarás fuegos antes de que huela a humo.

Imprescindibles:

• Tienes varios años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos técnicos relacionados con la construcción; si es en proyectos solares, genial, pero también nos vale experiencia en otro tipo de obras o instalaciones.
• Tienes disponibilidad para viajar: harás visitas de obra e inicios de proyecto por toda España.
• Hablas español con fluidez y tienes un buen nivel de inglés.
• Lugar de trabajo: nuestra oficina en Zaragoza, donde el equipo trabaja 4 días a la semana de forma presencial. No obstante, viajarás con frecuencia por España para visitar obras, asistir a inicios de proyecto o resolver incidencias en persona.

Working on multi-megawatt size projects from 20-100MW and larger.

You will be involved in managing the EPC phase of international solar ground mount projects.To be right for this role, you need to have a good commercial understanding of projects from sales support stage through to completion.

You need to be a pro-active project manager, who is solution-orientated and has managed projects larger than 10MWp before.
