Buscamos incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Ventas para liderar un equipo en crecimiento y garantizar la excelencia comercial en nivel nacional.
Responsabilidades principales:
•Liderar y desarrollar equipos comerciales.
•Gestionar la actividad comercial presencial: visitas, análisis de clientes, seguimiento y reporting.
•Planificar y coordinar la actividad utilizando CRM y herramientas de gestión comercial.
•Garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos y la correcta ejecución de la estrategia de ventas.
Requisitos:
•Experiencia demostrada en gestión de equipos.
•Disponibilidad para viajar.
•Perfil organizado, metódico y con capacidad para trabajar de manera procedimental.
•Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
•Manejo de Excel e inglés valorable.

In ARQUIMEA SPACE develops spaceflight parts and equipment for satellites and launchers. We specialize in thermal control systems, structural panels, optical payloads, avionics, release and deployment mechanisms, and rad-hard microelectronics. Together with our tech partners we provide high-throughput smallsats and their subsystems. Our brand-new factory in Madrid is suited to integrate satellites and constellations.
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with the mission of contribute to the business development and sales activities in our business segments
Tasks to be performed:
- Reporting to the Area Director, help define and implement the business development and sales strategy in space.
- Increase the revenue and market share with existing and new customers.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle: prospect identification, lead generation and qualification, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer lifetime value optimization.
- Sell complex technical products and services to B2B and B2G clients, such as space agencies, government organizations, space prime contractors, tech and industrial corporations, among others.
- Prepare complex proposals and responses to RFI/RFP. Negotiate tender and contract terms.
- Identify commercial and tech partners to improve our value proposition and increase the revenue streams.
- Contribute to align our product/technology roadmap with the actual market needs by providing up-to-date customer, competition and market analysis and feedback.
- Meet regular sales targets.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other events, as well as prepare technical/commercial documentation.
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how our products will meet the client’s needs.
- Use our CRM for market and business intelligence to increase our demand generation.
- Contribute to project financial management and legal issues.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, specialization in Aerospace, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven work experience (at least 5 years) selling complex technical solutions in the space domain, with focus on space equipment, systems, satellites and missions
- Good understanding of the space ecosystems: main agencies, stakeholders, funding schemes, etc.
- Well-organized, taking ownership and prioritizing work. Ability to take decisions with limited supervision, even when no obvious process is established.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and customers.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Other languages (French and German) are a plus.
- Desirable experience with CRM (Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel.
- The candidate must be eligible to work in the EU.
