Posizione:

Realizar visitas periódicas a las tiendas para supervisar las operaciones, analizar sus rendimientos y aplicar medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario

• Implementar estrategias comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas (KPIs y cuota de mercado);
• Desarrollar, ejecutar y supervisar planes de acción comercial para alcanzar los objetivos;
• Elaborar informes de resultados, análisis y situaciones relevantes para la dirección;
• Garantizar la correcta implementación de los estándares de visual merchandising y el adecuado mantenimiento de los puntos de venta;
• Participar en los procesos de selección, incorporación, formación y gestión de personas (cuadrantes, vacaciones, etc.);
• Liderar, motivar y brindar apoyo directo a los equipos;
• Asegurar el uso adecuado de las herramientas de CRM para la gestión de clientes, acciones de fidelización y promociones;
• Mantener altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente y coherencia con la imagen de marca;
• Supervisión de los siguientes puntos de venta: Bilbao, Vitoria, Vigo, Coruña y San Sebastián.
  
  

Requisiti:

Experiencia en gestión retail, manejo de herramientas informáticas, liderazgo de equipos y supervisión de múltiples puntos de venta;

• Conocimientos en técnicas de venta y merchandising;
• Interpretacion de datos comerciales y de rendimiento;
• Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y habilidades para la resolución de conflictos;
• Orientación a resultados, proactividad y enfoque en soluciones;
• Alto sentido de la responsabilidad y fuerte compromiso con la marca;
• Avanzado nivel de inglés;
• Residencia: preferiblemente San Sebastián o zonas limitrofas.

Internship in Sustainability

🎯Your Role and Responsibilities

👉In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

• Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Leadership: Model, update, and execute environmental impact scenarios using Simapro, analyzing key indicators (GWP, energy, water) to guide strategic design decisions.
• Eco-labeling and EcoPassport PEP Management: Coordinate data collection, calculation, and external verification of Environmental Product Declarations (Type III EPDs), ensuring compliance with category rules (PCR).
• Material Selection and Circularity: Identify and evaluate sustainable alternatives (bio-based, recycled, low-carbon) and apply eco-design criteria (disassembly, modularity) in new product development.
• Data Governance and Compliance: Design traceability and document management systems to ensure that all sustainability evidence complies with ABB's audits and corporate standards.
• Strategic Monitoring and Cultural Change: Act as a technical reference in circularity trends, benchmarking the sector and leading internal training sessions to integrate sustainability into the plant's DNA.

📚Qualifications For The Role

• Education:undergraduate or master's student in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Languages: English level B2
• Additional knowledge: Proficiency in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA); experience with specific tools such as Simapro; familiarity with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) under the PEP EcoPassport program. Knowledge of Sustainability and Circular Economy is a plus.
