Para esta posición, trabajarás con uno de nuestros partners, en un proyecto estratégico de inteligencia de negocio orientado a mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones en el sector de mantenimiento industrial.
🚀 ¿Qué harás?
Como Especialista en Business Intelligence – Power BI, participarás en el diseño, desarrollo e implantación de un sistema de BI basado en Power BI, enfocado al análisis y visualización de datos operativos del sector de mantenimiento de grúas.
El proyecto tiene como punto de partida un cuadro de mando existente en QlikView, que deberá migrarse y evolucionarse a Power BI, trabajando con datos reales de la compañía e integrando múltiples fuentes.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Diseñar y desarrollar cuadros de mando, informes y visualizaciones en Power BI.
- Construir y optimizar modelos de datos, utilizando SQL para consultas y transformaciones.
- Desarrollar procesos de extracción, transformación y carga (ETL) desde distintas fuentes:
- ERP Prowin
- ERP Onix
- Hojas Excel
- Analizar requerimientos junto a los distintos departamentos y proponer soluciones de BI que impulsen la toma de decisiones.
- Garantizar la calidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad de las soluciones desarrolladas.
- Documentar el trabajo realizado, elaborar un manual de uso y mantenimiento del sistema.
- Formar y capacitar al personal interno en el uso de las herramientas creadas.
Porque los datos solo generan valor cuando se entienden y se usan bien. Tu trabajo permitirá centralizar la información operativa, mejorar la visibilidad del negocio y facilitar decisiones basadas en datos reales. Este proyecto importa porque impacta directamente en la eficiencia y el control de la operativa diaria.
Requisitos:

- Experiencia en el desarrollo de cuadros de mando en Power BI.
- 2–3 años de experiencia en roles similares.
- Conocimiento sólido de Power Query, DAX y modelado de datos.
- Experiencia con Power BI Service.
- Conocimientos sólidos de SQL y bases de datos.
- Experiencia en procesos ETL.
- Conocimiento previo de QlikView.
- Conocimientos de Microsoft Fabric.
- Experiencia trabajando con archivos .DBF.
- Conocimientos de lenguaje .NET.
- Experiencia en entornos Microsoft 365.
- Inglés nivel B2.
- Horario: 08:00–14:00 y tardes en remoto (flexibilidad).
- Modalidad: 2 días presencial / 3 días teletrabajo.

As we are growing our Sales team, we are looking for a rockstar Business Development Representative to help us move upmarket 🚀
You will join our Sales Spain team of 15 Account Executives and 4 Business Development Representatives in generating new business by qualifying leads, driving various outbound campaigns and supporting them in their opportunities. You will also participate to enhance the prospection approach at Alan.
You will be responsible for:
- Generating qualitative meetings to achieve our company objectives: put a strong focus on mapping the companies and stakeholders, working hand in hand with the Account Executive to prepare and deliver quality meetings;
- Developing outbound sales leads and responding to product inquiries, running email campaigns to generate new sales prospects;
- Completing accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in our CRM;
- Representing our company’s products: starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs;
- Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method: this method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience.
- Have at least one first customer-facing experience (internship, summer job, or else)
- Like warm/cold calling - any experience in prospecting on a previous role would be a big plus
- Are fully bilingual in Spanish, to a level where you can successfully do cold calling in Spanish
- Have at least intermediate level in English
- Have strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Are highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' challenges
- Have the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team
- Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day one
